Phone in room did not work throughout stay. Fridge and microwave were not working when arrived. Front desk had someone promptly come fix it. Moved the nightstand to attempt to fix the phone and there were empty chip bags. Room had a faint mildew smell to it.

The hotel was very clean and the housekeeping was very sweet and kind very respectful ☺️

The only reason I did not complain to management was because they were pretty friendly when I locked myself out the room 3x times over two nights. The free contential breakfast felt cheap but it was good in a pinch

Room was clean and pool was pleasant but the property is dirty and worn out. Carpets were stained and nasty. The whole place needs a total overhaul. Breakfast was only bagels,toast cereal and juice etc. pretty bland.

The room wasn’t very clean and it smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Sheets and towels were not clean and had stains.

Not very clean. Walked into my room and the linens were soiled, even with cigarette burns. The floor was wet and the room smelled like mold.

Nice pool and picnic tables. Good parking. Can walk to restaurants and coffee shops .

The room was ok at best. the bed was soft. Not much to the room. The sliding glass door lock was loose and I did not feel safe at ALL. ANYONE could have pushed there way into our room. We were on the first floor. In the back of the building room 139. There was NO overhead shower. We were in what might have been a handicap room at some time. There was an old broken wall phone mounted in the bathroom next to the toilet. There was a tub with a fold down padded seat across the whole width of the tub. Very strange!! The small hand held nozzel only went waist high. Glad we only stayed one night. Will absolutely NEVER stay here again!!!

This is a place that your going to get what you pay for, the rooms are ok and the building is showing some wear. Staff is friendly and accommodating. breakfast is basic but is free so it works. Pool is nice. This was a last minute rental while meeting friends in the area to show them Rehobeth beach that they had not seen before, and my wife volunteered me to pay. All in all it was better than OK. Hotel is in the heart of the shopping area which was taken advantage of.

I didn’t like anything. I was given a room that smell like a dirty ashtray. I requested to be moved since I suffer from asthma and the front desk was very nice and moved me from the second floor to the third floor with same issues. 😡😤😖
