The stay was good for a two night stay. We didn’t use the room much but to sleep. The only complain I have was the bed. Sinking in the middle and had to ask for cleaner sheets had smell of wet. Otherwise it was ok for again a quick stay. The pool I didn’t use but looked nice and wish the breakfast was a bit more than just bagels and cereal. Overall ok

Close to a lot of beaches in Delaware, food options, and pretty friendly staff. The building itself is outdated and definitely needs a complete remodel..its definitely an old building with old rooms. We found what seems to be old butter behind the nightstand… I had when down 2 times ( once to tell about the situation and again when i realized she didnt ask my room number) at 8:30pm to address it with the front desk and ask for some sort of help or refund because something of ours had fallen into the butter behind the dresser( thats how we found it to begin with) and when I went down the front desk had told me when though i have a picture that the maintenance needed to “ witness the situation “ so i could get a refund….i said okay no problem and she said “ he will meet you up there” …. We waited about 2 hours before going to bed, and then being woken up by maintenance trying to enter our room…i was pretty angry and i did tell the maintenance guy it was super unprofessional to enter a room at 10:30pm. He said “ there was no dnd sign on the door you couldve been gone”…i told him we didn’t even have a dnd sign to use( we didnt have one either stay we had there) and that it didnt matter anyways cause it was 10:30pm.. Next morning around 11AM a different maintenance man came and was nice and cleaned to mess to “ witness “ but i have not received any refund. Im not going to push it further because Im just not the one to care that much but I definitely need wanted to make sure someone who needed to see this sign, gets it….

The room was spacious and updated. The beds were not comfotable. The room was clean good value for the money. Breakfast was standard coffee was fresh. Close to shopping and many places to eat. About 10 minutes from the beach.

Easily accessible to other places Room was pretty filthy, the carpet was so dirty it made my feet black after my shower, the towels had stains,

It’s the cheapest one and always is The black mold looking stuff on the ceiling of the shower

Decent size rooms, love how it kinda had a "living room' with a pullout bed in the couch and a TV in that room plus a TV where the actual bedroom was. Our coffee machine had mold in the back part where the water goes. Looks kike it hasn't been touch in a long time, old coffee/filter in it.

Availability and location. The room did not have a ventilation system so everything felt damp. Also the walls needed cleaning. There were coffee drops on the wall near the coffee pot. Room needs a complete redo.

the pool was very nice. Our room was dirty. I found hairs on our sheets. Looked like curly pubic hair. Bathroom floor was dirty and the door scraped when you tried to close it due to a swollen floor. I found cloths in the drawers from a previous guest. One of the elevators wasn't working. and the continental breakfast did not offer anything spectacular.

Place is severely outdated and needs improvement/renovation. TV is computer monitor size hanging on the wall and barely able to see from the bed, where most ppl sit in a hotel room. Bathtub needs replaced. Toilet is weak flush. Ok for a work related trip but would be terrible for a vacation visit.

Door did not close unless forced shut accidentally left it open.Pool has looses bricks around it . Someone left baby poop outside the pool by chairs no one cleaned it up in the 2 days we were there.Got locked out of room over 1 hour and had to exchange key cards 3 separate occasions because they did not work.
