Comfort Inn Rehoboth Beach

The room was great. Just a small odor at first. Probably because the ac was off when I walked in, but as my time progressed I realized the smell was continuous. Otherwise it was a great location, close to everything.

My sister and I had stayed in a room while visiting one of the nearby state parks over Labor Day weekend. Our room was nice, clean, the only slight downside was a stronger smell of what seemed to be chlorine (there was an outdoor pool but the smell was pretty heavy inside the room, as if a lot of wet laundry had been hanging up). We had countered that by venting out the room and such, but our parents who were under a different booking did have to move rooms twice because their first room lock wasn't working, then the second room hadn't been thoroughly checked and cleaned prior to them moving into it. The staff were very nice about the whole situation, and it seems like the strong chlorine smell was something affecting multiple rooms, but overall the experience was good. Breakfast was nice, it was busy because of everyone traveling due to the holiday, but we weren't around much except to sleep. Would I go back if I were in the area again, sure.

Room and bathroom were clean. Great hot and cold food free breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Room was quiet.

Day shift front desk manager was very helpful and nice. Our room was very nice and clean. Staff were all nice. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, bagels & muffins, make our own waffles, juice, etc.

The whole stay was amazing from beginning to end

My husband likes the breakfast here It’s not just continental, there’s scrambled eggs sausage waffles and all the cereal and breads The location is great so much around to do and places to eat Even though it rained a couple days a bit, we found things to do Staff was great Pool was nice too

It was incredibly musty and smelled foul. We had to be moved from the first room they gave us and the second was not much better. The air was hard to breathe and affected my lungs. The cleanliness was not great either. There was some kind of black stuff around the lining of the plastic nonslip strip in the tub, left over paper of some kind stuck to the bathroom tub wall, dirt or something in the hair dryer, and some sort of brown thing at the bottom of the toilet which did not go away so it may have been a stain.

Staff was very nice and courteous, breakfast was great, however the room had a funky smell and bathroom was not clean and had some bugs like gnats, needs renovation or an update.

Although part of our party needed to change rooms due to plumbing issue, the staff was very responsive and provided another room nearby immediately. Excellent staff and breakfast. Excellent location. Our family from Europe (Who had to relocate) were favorably impressed and said the hotel was excellent. My wife and I are Choice members and have a strong preference to Comfort Inn and Suites. Rehobath Beach met or exceeded our standards. We will be back.
