Did not pay attention to the fact that it was a pet friendly hotel. I’m allergic. Also, room smelled water-logged, moldy. Staff was nice.

There was gentleman at the front desk he had perfect eyebrows but I cant remember his name he checked us in and he was so helpful he looked for a cart to carry our things to our room he answered all of our questions. He was warm. kind and friendly. The staff for breakfast was helpful and kind, and the lady when we checked out was also very kind. Our room was clean and beautiful ! There was not one thing I didn't like about staying at Holiday Inn Express and Suites it met my expectations and my family's expectations.

Location Sound proof rooms. Could hear the people upstairs walking loudly.

The staff were extremely friendly and joked around a lot making you feel very welcomed. Everything was kept very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and amenities.. The breakfast was good. You arr close to everything with a short few miled drive. I The only thing I wasn't fond of was that on a very rainy day we tried to watch a movie but you have to stream your phone e to the TV and i couldnt figure it out. My fault though. Im sure if I would've called and asked for assistance they would have helped.
