The kitchen is not a kitchen it is a microwave and a sink nothing like you would have thought the room was bad and had like a cat urine smell hair all on the towels and inside the tub, I had four children with me and when we first got there the room they first put us in was horrible we had to wait for staff to find us one which was way smaller than the one initially given and paid for they said no compensation because it was through Expedia and I was lost out on 222.00 dollars every thing was bad the pool was very dirty and small it is a place I wouldn’t recommend!!!!!!!

Breakfast team overwhelmed by demand. We had to wait for plates, eggs and bacon. We have been at the same location previously on this date and had excellent experience.

Very clean hotel. Room was clean and bed sheets fresh. Overall hotel was very clean on inside. Few reasons for not eating a 5: Outside of hotel needed to catch up on lawn care with grass cutting and weeding flower beds. Bathroom door of our room had paint damage and was chipped. Cabinet in room had gouge taken out of corner. Cable for TV needed to be fixed so TV would work. Breakfast was very good, but eating and serving area was small and crowded.

Room was a good size

Room brand new. Pool beautiful, could use umbrellas for shade. Lots of dogs. So be sure you like dogs. Breakfast good, minimal variety from day to day. Afternoon social not very social, customers rudely talking so much, little left for others

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and affordable. The lobby had several nice seating areas with TVs, and the location was convenient to nearby grocery stores. The pool was great, and our room was clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Location and amenities were good. Room layout with couch was not functional. Had to move furniture to bed to be able to view the TV.

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was kind. Parking was easy. Outdoor patio was nice. The only issue was our second morning there we didn't have hot water and we found out that it was a sporadic issue that had been going on since the day before. Like no warm water, it was ice cold and I wish the staff would have said something. Other than that, it was very nice.

Breakfast was very good and the social hour Monday-Wednesday was a nice surprise. There was an issue at check in and I got double charged, still waiting for the charges to be “released”. Other than that we had a nice stay.
