Staybridge Suites Rehoboth Beach by IHG

Housekeeping was excellent—we never once had to ask for fresh towels or for our room to be cleaned. Everything was consistently taken care of, which made our stay relaxing and hassle-free. We also really appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel is. They even provided a little welcome bag for our dog, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel like our pet was just as welcome as we were. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Excellent service, wonderful staff, outstanding cleanliness, and genuinely pet-friendly. We will 100% recommend this hotel to others and will definitely be back!

Horrible check in process and staff seem to not have enough knowledge on room types. Inconvenienced multiple times through my stay.

One of my favorite stays so far. Staff were super kind and helpful. The pool was very clean. The outdoor seating area, including fire pit and grills, were amazing from unwinding at night. The breakfast was also very good. Staff wasted no time refilling near empty foods. The lobby has a little coffee bar set up all day. It's right by one of the shopping centers. So if we ran out or needed something it wasn't much just to take a stroll over. Beds were clean and comfortable as well. The room had a regular coffee pot which was super nice.

Very nice hotel! It was very clean, and the staff was so nice. The pool and fire table were great features that we took advantage of. Same goes for the complimentary breakfast. It was a full breakfast! Great feature!! Our room had a mini kitchen, and was well kept. Would absolutely stay at this hotel again!!!

Beautiful pool

Overall we had a great stay here and will recommend. The pool didn’t feel heated and was cold for our child. Otherwise it was a great room and spacious.

Great stay, very convenient to everything around Lewes/Rehobeth beach. Beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious.

Everything at this hotel is excellent. They even use glassware and real silverware for their breakfast service. The pool was even nice. If I had to be a critique, the front desk clerk who checked my dad and I in could have been more professional. She was chewing gum while servicing us and she could have greeted us a little better.

Would prefer to not pay $40.00 to check in early to a room that was already cleaned and ready. No problem paying the fee to clean the room ahead of normal check in time if it causes cleaning staff to alter their cleaning schedule. This was not the case! Seems silly!

Everything is good

We had to pack back up and move into another room. The air conditioning didn't work very well in the second room. We didn't get the rest we were hoping for. Left at 5:00 am to get out of there.

Everything was great until there was no hot water in our room. That was not great
