The Inn at Lewes

Yes there is a kitchen - not sure what actually worked and definitely not outfitted to cook in it. The refrigerator worked and that's all I used. I even had a sofa cover so I didn’t have to sit on that either. Staying was a necessity as I had visitors at my place and it was just me so I stayed there. It was the only place at/under $200/night. Everything else was $300+ including places I've stayed in the past that weren't much better- Roadway Inn/EconoLodge. If you stay here, make sure its just the necessity of a place to crash and Mayne shower - i didn't have an issue with hot water or water pressure but definitely wouldn't use the tub for a bath.. again (flip flops).

Do not go here! Literally this was the poorest lodging stay that I've ever endured in my entire life. Do not go here and I'm actually contemplating a lawsuit. These people don't have regard for anyone who rents from them and it's literally the worst property I've ever stayed in my entire life.

I got to the unit and it’s dirty. I tried to shower (post travel) because I had somewhere else to be. When I came back at night for bed, I found dead bugs in the bedding and live ones in the kitchen. I reached out to the staff via text (like he said to) and asked for help, a manager, a refund -something. No one replied. Good thing I booked that other hotel, but this was a terrible experience.

The stove was filthy and the room in general

I don’t think the location is staffed. The phone operators are less than helpful. The property is near ready for tear down. The smoke detector was a few broken wires sticking out of the wall.

Do not book here it is a scam. There is a for sale sign and the building is abandoned.

The property was not in an inconvenient spot There was no onsite front desk. I didn’t want an air bnb and that was the situation. When I called the person wasn’t onsite and had to place me on hold to figure out how to help us check in. Then they called me sir and told me to calm down when I was perfectly calm they were just hard to hear. There were cockroaches, no hand soap and glass all through the parking lot. The two tvs didn’t work, there was no way to get more towels.

Dust on the ceilings. No soap or shampoo. No blanket. No towel/mat for bathroom floor. Missing light bulbs. Electronic lock but no doorknob on the inside so really nothing to grab to open the door from the inside.

Location Toilet runs, no sheets for the pull out and the air conditioner was dirty. The table had writing on it and the dresser looked like it came from a 12 year olds room

Great location but overall comfort was not there, the blankets were visibly dirty luckily we had our own in the car. The kitchen and living room area were clean but no trash cans in the unit. Minimal lighting as well as TV not working.

Yes, it needed to be cleaned, renovated, upgraded, and fumigated

Was there for 5 days asked for more toilet paper and towels kept saying they would but it never happened

The smell of the parking lot. No bedroom door because the only AC is in the bedroom. Property looks like any abandoned horror movie from the 80s. And that’s being polite.

The room was perfect for what I needed and was pet friendly so I have no complaints there. It is in need of repair and updating for cosmetic purposes alone. However, what it lacked in charm it more than made up for in one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on and I, genuinely, contemplated taking the pillows home with me as they were incredibly comfortable. I would stay again.

The disorganization and not even being able to stay.

No kitchen supplies; very dirty. Check in process was totally digital but not relayed that info until the penultimate hour. Check in took almost 45min. No person on campus. Avoid at all costs

Yes air conditioning very nice .

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The place is super sketchy. The staff was ignorant. No one was there for check in. They made a couple of us checking in, call them back in 30 minutes because they were at their other hotel and had no time for us. In fact, when I said I was checking in, they hung up on me! The place looks run down and definitely not safe. I guess you get what you pay for but I’ll never stay here. In fact we never checked in. I reserved a room at a reputable hotel down the street and had to eat the $100 since it was non refundable at that point. Super pissed ofc about it

Pet friendly and a nice place to stay for our weekend getaway

This place is disgusting. i wasn't in the door more than 5 minutes and I had to kill a roach and then found another one dead. the wall paper is peeling there was an old razor in the bathroom. absolutely horrible.
