The Inn at Lewes

No staff at office. Had to call emergency number and lady insisted I received an email with room code. Didn't receive either. Called 3 more times ad ultimately stayed somewhere else. I was unable to receive refund.

Nothing at all. The place is a dump! The bathroom was inadequate and dirty with toenail clippings in the bathtub. The bedroom had an odor and the space between bed and dresser made it very difficult for a handicapped person (me) to get to the bathroom. The kitchen stove was dirty and rusty, cabinets damaged and the microwave was poorly positioned beside the refrigerator.

The location Everything it was filthy cockroaches everywhere no table chairs to sit down at the kitchen table it ruined my vacation I want my money back I don't recommend this place if it was the last place on Earth not to mention they forced me to spend the night in that room and would not accommodate me until the next morning

Overall, the stay was okay, and it wasn’t as bad as I expected. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The blanket had an unpleasant, old smell, and the drawers and dressers smelled very bad when opened. I also noticed small cockroaches in the room. The furniture is quite outdated, although the sofa was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but essential amenities such as hand soap and shampoo were missing. I hope the hotel addresses these issues to improve the overall guest experience.

Pay attention people: The pin for the door didn’t work. There was nobody in the office The phone wasn’t answered The emergency phone on the door wasn’t answered. And Priceline’s customer service was answered from somebody’s house with a tv on in the back

Clean It was in poor shape: the bedroom floor was buckled, the toilet seat needed to be replaced, the bathroom cabinet mirror was broken. The TV and air conditioner were inoperable. The virtual check in was very unexpected and very cumbersome.

Stay away! This place is an absolute dump. I got there and called the staff three different times and text them because I wasn’t able to get into my room. Nobody ever got back to me. I’m surprised I didn’t find a crack pipe underneath my pillow when I got to my room, no trashcan if there was an option for zero stars, I would give them zero.

I believe this was a scam. No staff on site at check in. Phone number went to full mailbox. I recommend not ever connecting to this site.
