The cleaning chemicals they use smell terrible.

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, and pet friendly. The room was disgusting, especially considering the price. It stunk, the bathroom was dated and old, the room smelled awful.

I thought the pool was bigger from the pictures that I saw, but it was still nice.

Kind staff, clean rooms Window had a gap that they had to fix. I was on the 4th floor and was able to open my window very wide. I have a toddler and was terrified he'd fall and die from the window. I told the front desk and while we were out someone came and repaired it. Also, the elevator is small and takes forever.

The only issue was the free breakfast. The hotel is super busy this time of the year and the lines for it were crazy and by the time it calmed down some there wasn't much to choose from. When a room is booked for five people And only have two towels is a little crazy. The front desk was great though about getting more.

The breakfast as always was very good, My kids enjoyed the pool and the staff was very very good about keeping it clean especially, after the storm staff as always were very nice and friendly and even went out there way to make my daughter feel special on her birthday.

I was skeptical with booking at a Sleep Inn but the reviews seemed very positive. The overall property has not aged well inside but they make the outside appear nice and new. That’s where the nice and new stops. There was evidence everywhere of water leaks and poor repair jobs to walls, bathroom fixtures, etc. The entire hotel had a fragrance that was too strong and covered up lingering odors. There property has not been maintained well by the company. The staff however was extremely helpful and pleasant. The breakfast crew was on point to make sure that everything was well stocked and clean during breakfast hours. One of the staff even helped with making the waffles in order to reduce the wait. The breakfast area needs to be at least twice the size am I’m sure both the customers and staff would agree. This was the cheapest option for a last minute trip but now I know why. Will not stay there again unfortunately.

Place was clean but very disappointing people smoking outside marijuan next to the main entrance to building had a smoking area outside right next to the pool the pool was very small I came with my family 3 hours away drive the worst hotels I've stay in I would not recommend this place at all not really family friendly the breakfast was of very poor quality

This was the first vacation my husband and I have been on in 8 years. This hotel couldn't have been in a better location for us. It is only 15ish minutes (driving) away from the beach, we were able to walk to ritas and other stores without a giant crowd around us. The location still gave us beachy/vacation vibes but without all the craziness around us like OC MD or any other busy beaches. The staff was very friendly. We had arrived around 850am-9am and just checked on the room status just in case and they stated it wasn't ready which we were okay with but they also allowed us to partake in the more breakfast before they closed it down! Which was so nice since we had our 11month old baby with us. We had asked for some extra towels (3 adults 1 baby) and wash clothes and I kid you not the young man ran around the desk to retrieve them for us. In a matter of seconds he had them in our hands. They had pool towels outside of their guests which was nice and a basket outside for you to put them after use! We enjoyed the pool and kiddi pool. We also really enjoyed using the grill to warm up dinner and the outside yard size connect 4. The only issue we had was in our room bathroom. The shower was not cleaned. We took it upon ourselves to clean it as we had just gotten back from the beach and did not want to cause a commotion. The common bathroom was very well kept and clean tho! The room was smaller but we made it worked :). Even with the minor inconvenience I think we would go back.

This hotel is definitely a game changer for this area. I highly recommend staying here! Central to everything! The staff is caring and goes above and beyond without even asking! The room was immaculate and the showers were hot and bed was super comfy! Couldn’t give a review on breakfast as I don’t eat it but I’m sure it’s great! I will definitely be booking here again!
