The rooms were very clean plenty of towels toiletries for your stay. They have a mini coffee pot refrigerator microwave in your room. Everything was great free parking and they were very accommodating, helpful and friendly and close to the beach great place to stay.

The staff was friendly, location was about a block or two from the beach. Stores and eateries all around.

Very clean hotel with friendly employees. Short walk to beach. Close to all the shops and boardwalk activities. Excellent maid service... left us plenty of towels which we really appreciated! No parking issues. Definitely recommend and will be back!

This is our second time staying here and it’s always a great time. The rooms are a good size and clean. We are walking distance (5 min) to the boardwalk, Funland, and all of the restaurants. We will be back next year!

There was one VERY slow elevator. The pool was small but nice

From the moment I checked in I was disappointed. The clerk was very unpleasant and I couldn’t discern if he was taking a swing and miss at humor or just rude. The layout of the building was equally weird and gave cheap motel vibes overly decorated in Fourth of July decor (it was the 14th) with weird railings in the center of the hall. The pool was small and the water was yellow. Inside the room we were met with a tacky once white but now yellowing leather couch, and tattered carpet. Would not recommend. Will be booking g at our normal place The breakers going forward. Definitely worth walking an e tea two blocks to the beach over Brighton. In summary-yuck!

Cons: walls are paper thin, ants everywhere in the rooms. Even if you keep everything sealed and cleaned. Pool was a little dirty as well.

Aged but great location. Ok for a larger group as the rooms are suite style

This is a perfect place to stay for us. Love the room layout..it’s like a small apartment. Location to beach..restaurants..shops and general fun activities can’t be beat.. but still a quiet area. Love the sheltered parking.. and comfy beds too. Roof patio is nice in evening to relax. We didn’t use pool.

Location is great, lots of nearby restaurants, check out the Blue Hen across the street. Everything you see about thin walls is true. You can hear your neighbors clearly. Lucky it is not a party hotel, we did fine with noise after 10 pm. I liked the room, easy to spread out and relax. The bed was great. My only downside was the staff was a little unprofessional. I got a hint of drama behind the scenes which is the last thing you need when checking in. Zero chance of checking in even 30 minutes early. A bit draconian. I would say customer service was the low point. But, primo location so I will need back if they have deals in the future.
