Aged but great location. Ok for a larger group as the rooms are suite style

This is a perfect place to stay for us. Love the room layout..it’s like a small apartment. Location to beach..restaurants..shops and general fun activities can’t be beat.. but still a quiet area. Love the sheltered parking.. and comfy beds too. Roof patio is nice in evening to relax. We didn’t use pool.

Location is great, lots of nearby restaurants, check out the Blue Hen across the street. Everything you see about thin walls is true. You can hear your neighbors clearly. Lucky it is not a party hotel, we did fine with noise after 10 pm. I liked the room, easy to spread out and relax. The bed was great. My only downside was the staff was a little unprofessional. I got a hint of drama behind the scenes which is the last thing you need when checking in. Zero chance of checking in even 30 minutes early. A bit draconian. I would say customer service was the low point. But, primo location so I will need back if they have deals in the future.

Could not sleep for four nights due to out of control guests. Management was contacted each night and did nothing. Kids continued to scream and parents screamed and banged doors and walls. Awful, scary experience- out of control.

Staff was friendly. Everything in the room worked.

Positives: 1. Convenient location 2. Pleasant staff 3. Fairly well maintained older facility 4. Complimentary beach chairs and towels 5. Free parking Negatives: 1. IMPORTANT! If you need to make a change to your reservation be sure to do it by the deadline indicated on your confirmation. I reserved a room for us and another for our son’s family. The day before our arrival our son told us he’d be checking out a day earlier than us. I tried to make the change at check-in but was told it was too late. When our son left they resold his room, which I had already paid for. At check out I asked for a refund. They denied my request because I hadn’t changed the reservation by the deadline. So they made double money on the room. When I asked how that was ok the answer was “that’s business”. 2. No restaurant on premises. My husband has difficulty walking long distances so our dining options were very limited. A shuttle service would have been helpful. 3. Significant noise from other suites and hallways. 4. Laundry has one washer and one dryer in a very small closet. No coin machine and front desk didn't have enough quarters for one load. 5. Housekeeping was adequate but they frequently forgot to clean the coffee maker and carafe and to replenish cups and coffee.

Wonderful time! Brought hubby for Father’s Day weekend! Beautiful weather and good food and great time had!

Having living room separate from bedroom is great. We love the location. Park our car at the hotel and walk to beach, boardwalk, restaurants.

Love this hotel! Suites are bright and incredibly clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We adore the location—just one block from the beach, boardwalk, and shops. Stayed at a competing hotel across the street one time but prefer Brighton hands down for its bright, clean rooms. Thanks for another lovely stay. Will be back again!

We loved staying here and would definitely stay again! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice! The location to the boardwalk and rehoboth ave. was convenient!

Wonderful place, just 2 blocks from the boardwalk. Very clean as usual. Have stayed here before and definitely will again.

Love that they have there own parking deck but all you really have to do is park and walk due to being close to everything. Restaurants, Beach which they also have beach chairs and towels to take with you. 3 minute walk. Indoor Pool on the 3rd fl which closes at 10pm and Sun bathe right outside of it with Plenty of chairs. Awesome time.

Excellent location. Helpful, friendly staff. Really cool room was spotless. Parking was great. The place has a little age on it but 10/10 would stay again.

Very nice place to stay. Just 1 block from the Beach. Restaurants and shops were very easily in walking distance. Staff was courteous and pleasant. Room was spacious and clean.
