One of the front desk ladies was not polite at all. Very rude and just flat out disrespectful. Other than that the room was very clean and nice. Walls are thin but we did get a room that was at the end so we did not hear much noise.

Great location. More motel than hotel but clean and satisfactory overall. Rooms were not very quiet. but satisfactory overall.

Housekeeping staff were some of the sweetest I have ever encountered. Very respectful to our needs and wishes. Room was very clean. Refrigerator was larger than most. You could actually put some food and drinks in it. Ice machine worked well and always had plenty of ice in it. Great place to stay. Great location to beach and restaurants and shops.

We stayed 8/10-13th- URINE SOAKED mattress. Our first night we had to request new sheets because there was a smell to the bed. The next morning the smell was there again- they had to replace the entire mattress because it was urine soaked. At checkout we requested a compensation for the first night- we were told “well we fixed it” after some going back and forth they took off $100 (it’s $305/night) Would NEVER go back.

The room was nice and clean. The sofa pulled out into a decent bed - just be aware it's not that long. The pool and deck were great options, and the location is great. I was able to easily find parking in the garage. We also used the hotel chairs and towels for the beach, which is very convenient.

Excellent value in a perfect location adjacent to all the restaurants and shopping, and only 3 blocks from the beach. Service was great, room was clean and spacious, and there was parking on site. Worth every penny and will stay again.
