Great location! Very Clean and well maintained! The front desk staff were so friendly. They provide beach chairs and beach towels. Have wine and cheese for happy hour and fresh baked cookies for evening snack. We will DEFINITELY be back!

I am too pickie to stay at this hotel

The staff there were incredible. I apologize I don’t remember their names, but when we arrived, a bubbly curly haired young lady welcomed us. She was so friendly and shared about all of the amenities (my mouth dropped after she listed three, she kept sharing more and more complimentary things). Then we met an older gentleman the next day and he shared how he had been there just a couple months but loves how everyone leaves so happy. From the balcony, I could see the beach, and it was perfect being close to the shops so my aunt didn’t have to walk to far. I immediately booked to become a rewards member!! I use to stay at Henlopen hotel…..not kidding….Beach View is 1000 times better. Sad it took so long to find this place, but will never go anywhere else again!!!! That I had to leave!!!!

Good Broken toilet seat

You absolutely cannot beat the location! This is the ideal spot for families. Breakfast was good & surprising with ypgurt bar, frittatas & breakfast burritos. So much better than the usual.

close to the boardwalk, funland, and beach

Loved the breakfast, happy hour and cookies. Made our stay. The young lady who checked us in was impressive and very friendly. She is definitely management material.

Fabulous location! Super quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

My daughter and I had a very enjoyable stay there. The evening lady at the end of the vacation was amazing. Her name was Fiona:).I definitely would go there again. We been going there the last 6 years and always tip top.

Absolutely loved my stay here! Excellent and friendly staff, wonderful amenities! The rooms were exactly as expected and a perfect place to crash after a long day on the beach and shopping! The pool area was great too! I definitely will be coming back in the future! 10/10

Great space close to the water!

Close to everything. The pool area was beautiful and very clean. They have a washer and dryer if you need one and the vending machines don’t price gouge you. We didn’t indulge in the breakfast because we prefer different offerings but it was busy. Breakfast sandwiches, coffee, tea donuts. All of the staff was pleasant and willing to help and assist if needed. I’m now an ex Boardwalk Plaza customer! See you next year Beach View!

This was a really great spot—esp for the price tag. Rooms are small, but they did a nice job cleaning them up and making them feel comfortable. Lobby area was super comfortable and staff was great. Location can’t be beat.

Location. Ease of parking. Helpful staff and super clean room. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony people watching.
