Beach View Hotel

The location is good. The pool is nice and the rooms were clean. You do end up waiting until 3:00 for the rooms to be ready. Free beach chairs and towels are nice. You don’t have to drive anywhere once parked you can walk. We have stayed here before for over 7 seasons. I wish they would go back to the breakfast they usted to serve. They usted to have waffle bar. Potato’s, regular eggs and stuff. They still have the continental style cereal muffins etc. I did not enjoy the breakfast burrito as it was soggy because it was wrapped in tinfoil and left in a warmer. I also didn’t like the egg bake that they had because everything had spinach or peppers and onions. I wish they would go back to having just regular eggs that they served. I know their sister hotel down the road the Avenue has a better breakfast option so may try that next year.

Great location! Clean and comfortable. Lots of good perks like breakfast, social hour, and evening cookies.

They had some nice amenities for a family of 5 with 3 little kids. They give you beach chairs and beach towels. Free breakfast, fresh baked cookies at 8pm, happy hour wine and cheese. Outdoor pool, small but great for kids. It’s a simple but cute motel. Front desk staff were very friendly. It’s in a great location, we did a 4 night stay. It was nice to be able to walk to everything and of course free parking. The rides are almost too close lol First time visiting Rehoboth, we would stay here again!

It proximity to the boardwalk and beach Kind of old definitely not worth the price for high season

We enjoyed our stay at Beachview! We were hoping for a balcony room but I didn’t ask for it so that’s on me. Great location!

Decently clean room, breakfast and evening cookies were a huge highlight for the family. Staff was so friendly and helpful!

Parking was excellent. Liked the pool very much. The cookies in the evening were a great touch! The pool chairs were somewhat uncomfortable. Too heavy!

The lobby and parking are huge selling points. Super comfortable beds. There were cookies under our bed and made us question the cleanliness.

Exceptional staff (especially Fiona and Robert to name only a few) and location. Super convenient, just a few steps from the boardwalk, beach, shops, and great restaurants, with onsite parking. The building and room decore are a bit dated and small, but the hotel more than makes up for it with other features, such as included breakfast, coffee, snacks, beach chairs, parking, location, and staff. We've stayed at numerous places in Rehoboth and Dewey over the years, but never this one. We'll definitely be back. Nothing really. But some guests might like to know in advance that the rooms are a bit small and somewhat dated. Perfectly fine given other conveniences though.
