No complaints with our room.

I always enjoy my stay here. Everything is easily accessible, my room is always clean, the a/c was fantastic. I am never disappointed.

This property is utilized apparently by transient and possibly month-to-month renters, it feels very unsafe to be there and there’s a less than appealing contingent of people who seem to hang out on the corner of the building on the property. It is a crummy sort of motel which when I said, I thought it was a hotel. The reception person told me. Oh no it’s a hotel looking like a motel. That’s absolutely untrue, the doors seem to all open onto an outside parking lot. Overall, I would rate this very poorly and in actuality, we did not even stay the night.

Very accommodating staff, the room was clean and comfortable

This was my second time there. First time the toilet didn’t work, this time the tv volume didn’t work. I call front desk and they said maintenance would come fix it, but they never did. Fortunately I was able to go into the menu and eventually fixed it myself. It’s a nice place to stay, and I go to Reno a lot, but, I’m not happy about the lack of customer service. You asked, so I told you

The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was clean. Very nice room

I was in charge of finding a nice and affordable hotel for several families traveling as a group, near our venue. This hotel met the bill and we would all stay there again. Check-in was quick and friendly. The rooms were updated in decore and fixtures. The grounds were kept clean, as was the outdoor pool and pool area. The pool was not heated, so was on the cool side, but still clean. Our only real complaint was that the bed was not very comfortable.

Property was clean. Staff was helpful with check in, and the room was nice.

The staff was kind and accommodating , we liked that there was a fridge and microwave. We also liked the complimentary bottled water at the desk. We did not get in the pool but it looked lovely and maintained. The two chicks restaurant was very good.

This is a great hotel for families, the pool is beautiful and there are activities to keep children engaged while having fun. There is a restaurant on site that is exceptional however, they are open for breakfast and lunch only.

Nice room and very comfortable

The area is a pretty decent part of town and we felt safe the entire time. We appreciated the open air parking lot as we were driving a truck. The room was what I'd call broom clean, most definitely could have used a better cleaning. We found hairs from previous guests all over. The pool was also not super clean. I dipped my feet in for a few minutes and saw what was floating around and then got out immediately. The staff seemed nice, we didn't have need to interact with them very much. The lobby is very heavily scented with a very musky smell. If you're prone to migraines from smells, be prepared. The attached restaurant has really good food and we enjoyed eating there.
