Great staff at the welcome desk

This property is old but they did a nice job with it. For the price it was good. I like really nice new hotels so I had my reservations on this one but I was pleasantly surprised. I actually liked my car parked outside my window and steps from my door. It made going to and from very easy and fast and I could keep an eye on it. I felt safe there. The restaurant attached was very good. Staff was exceptional. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful. I would stay again.

It was a quiet night spent here even if it was right off of South Virginia street. Close to lots of shopping opportunties.

Also, there is a rack in the shower for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, like most modern hotels. However, the rack is empty and the hotel provides little bottles of shampoo and a bar of soap. Fine, but there is nowhere in the shower to place the soap. Invest in some soap dishes and install them in the shower. The staff was friendly and efficient and the rate is reasonable.

The staff were all very nice. We got there early and they let us use the pool while we waited to be able to check in. Everything was very clean. I am super happy and I would definitely stay there again.

Booked this room for my mom and a friend. They loved it. Said it was new and modern, really clean and had 4 pillows on each bed! Lol. Will definitely be staying again

Only Best Western that we have ever stayed in that didn't have breakfast

The property was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room an extra treat. Would definitely stay up there again if I went to Reno again

1. When we book the suite, it was mentioned that we will have views on mountains, but once we arrived, hotel staff informed us that the only suite available is on a 1st floor where is no mountains views whatsoever. Dear staff, discount for such a “oopsie” would be nice. 2. While the suite was incredibly spacious and nice, pillows however, were very uncomfortable. Despite all of this it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel and we definitely will come back. Thank you!

Overall was pleasant stay for a quick visit to the area. The 2 chicks restaurant for breakfast was quite delicious too. Great visit to Reno/Sparks to scout the area as future living space potential.

It was very clean, I liked that there was a keurig in the room, and the hotel is right next to a great breakfast restaurant called the two chicks.

Plenty of conveniences around the hotel. It has a restaurant, Two Chicks on the property. Opens at 6am to 2pm absolute superb breakfast dishes! Their is a mall across the main street, a liquor store just south of it, 5 minute walk. A gas station just down the block. The Reno Sparks Convention center and casinos are a 5 minute drive north of the hotel. Also plenty of different restaurant options too.
