Courtyard by Marriott Reno

The hotel to me seemed a but outdated once you got up to the floors for the rooms. The elevators need some help for sure very slow! My room was ok. The two biggest problems were the absolute tiny fridge. What a joke it could only fit like 2 coke bottles that you can buy upfront for $6 a piece another joke. I did manage to fit one wine bottle in the can holder on the door inside the fridge. Also, there wasn’t a microwave which I haven’t been in a hotel without one in years. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The A/C was very noisy. The bar is nice at night and the bartender was amazing. The staff were great. They just need to make some updates for sure.

This is our 4th time staying here, Great staff and verry comfortable. It's our "Reno home"!

It was very clean. The air conditioner was noisy. No free breakfast. No microwave in the room.

Excellent place to stay. Close to the event center.

Overnight front desk manager told me to stay away from their free breakfast because the man that makes it has poor hygiene and doesn’t keep the kitchen clean. Then he took other customers before me instead of me who’s been there

rooms and beds were nice. Only negative experience is the zgsff

We've stayed at Courtyard Marriott Reno several times over the past couple of years! The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are always clean and always plenty of towels and toilet paper.

There was NO breakfast! This is a stupid question! The price!

This a central location for our family --we are close to downtown and to family that lives in south Reno area. Its always clean and the staff is great. Highly reccommend!

After checking in and receiving room key cards, I went to my room to find that the room was musty with a strong mildew smell. The bathroom also had strong mildew smell, especially with shower curtain that was still moist, mildew smelling, and appears to not have been changed in a while. I called the front desk and asked to change to a different room. The front desk told me over the phone that they can change my room. But when I went back downstairs to the front desk, the hotel front desk staff told me that they can no longer change my room because the room was given away to another guest who just checked in. I asked if I can get a refund, as the room they gave me was not clean or appropriate to stay in. Hotel staff said to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia for help. Unfortunately, Expedia was not able to refund me or relocate me to another hotel, as all the hotels in Reno and nearby cities were all sold out for the night. Since, Expedia not able to resolve issue, I was forced to stay in the hotel room assigned to me, as my only other choice was to sleep in my car otherwise. But I couldn’t sleep in my car due to the summer heat in Reno. I asked the hotel assistant manager to change the moist, mildewy shower curtains. The hotel assistant manager sprayed
