However, some of the hotel amenities, such as the ice machine and laundry facilities, were either not working or functioning below expectations. While the property is relatively new, it appears that maintenance and operational oversight could be improved. With better upkeep of its facilities, this hotel has the potential to provide a much stronger overall guest experience.

Room wasn’t ready on time. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Place was spacious and clean though. Great for a family with kids.

The breakfast was great everyday. Most of the staff don't speak English so asking for things was hard. My wife got hurt and the staff and manager didn't care if she was ok and did want to file an accident report. The staff just lets none staying guest into the pool area to swim in there street clothes and disrupt the paying guests. This is supposed to be a secured area for the paying guests of the hotel.

We had a very clean room the front desk staff was great. Breakfast was excellent a variety to choose from . Great place to stay!

The room had an odor. I asked for it to be cleaned and it was missed. It was cleaned the following day. I had to ask for extra linens on 2 separate occasions

The staff was friendly, the tvs showing the World Cup during our stay were a nice touch.

Property was very clean and beautiful. The staff were all friendly and breakfast was great.

The air conditioner made a horrible noise. Even when we moved to another room the ac machine still made enough noise that I could not sleep.

Great location, near the airport and a nice mall. The hotel itself is spotless and modern. We had a three year-old with us so we booked a separate bedroom suite. Both the bedroom and living/kitchen area were spacious and the layout was perfect for her early bedtime. I'd definitely stay there again.

Good: Location and service. The shower faucet is having a problem. The water gets too hot, so we can only turn it on a little bit to get a comfortable temperature for showering.

The room was not ready for us at 4:15pm and check in was 3:00pm. The shower floor looked dirty. Everything else looked clean. We had to ask for the chair that is normally already in the room, I had to ask 3 times and it finally arrived at our room. The sink stopper was not working. The bathroom door was not working properly. The toilet seat was looking very worn. I was disappointed because normally this place is great. Oh and the beds are feeling and looking less comfortable than they used to. Staff was nice enough. The breakfast was good.

The sliding barn door on the bathroom was not sliding so well, but it’s nothing that discouraged our stay. The location was on point for us!

It was easy access to everything we needed. The convention center, shops, and Starbucks! That it didn’t have a hot tub.

The rooms were clean and stff was friendly.
