The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the toiletries weren’t refilled during our stay. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend this place to others!

No one working the front desk at 5pm upon check-in. Instead, a notice to wait for their return or call a number. After ten minutes of waiting and three additional groups showing up to check-in, I called the number. They were shocked by the call and also could not locate anyone on property to help. Someone finally came and was robotic, no hospitality, not apologetic. This was a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT for a Hilton property. Hilton will be hearing about this less than acceptable property in their collection.

When you're renting a room with dishes, the dishes should be cleaned everytime. They were not. There was trash in the hall. We stayed here once before when they were doing renovations. I said I would never come back but screwed up. I'll never make that mistake again.

Clean and good breakfast just wish they would’ve let us in our room a little early drove from LA to Reno and got there 45 before check in but I get it I guess trying to keep order

We enjoyed the indoor pool. For our family of six, this was a good option.

It was a modern room with lots of amenities and a tasty complimentary breakfast. Also dogs are allowed which is a big bonus.

It's a nice property. Staffs are friendly, good breakfast and a decent kitchen

However, some of the hotel amenities, such as the ice machine and laundry facilities, were either not working or functioning below expectations. While the property is relatively new, it appears that maintenance and operational oversight could be improved. With better upkeep of its facilities, this hotel has the potential to provide a much stronger overall guest experience.
