Stayed five nights in July for my 40th high school reunion. We stayed in the concierge tower which was very nice. Large room with a view of the mountains, free breakfast, and high floor. We enjoyed the pool one day, small but clean and had pool service for food and drinks. We also used the gym daily, clean and had free water bottles etc. My wife used the spa one morning, said it was nice, but the sports massage wasn't as good as she hoped. We ate at the steakhouse, very good and excellent service. The valet was also convenient and friendly. All in all, a good stay back in Reno.

We always return here when we come to Reno. Have never had a bad experience with anything.

The Atlantis is wonderful. Expedia would be better if you could extend or shorten stays on the app rather than cancelling and rebooking. I had six rooms for a big family reunion so to account for different flights that did not get solidified until after the initial booking I wound up with several different reservations and for two of those my people had to switch rooms. As far as the property goes, strongly recommend!!

Luxury experience

They upgraded us to a suite for our stay and it was gorgeous! Several great restaurants and beautifully redone casino areas including some non smoking areas. Free Shuttle to the airport was also very helpful

This hotel is definitely one on my go to list! The parking lot is much easier than most, and I can usually see my car from the room. The spa is one of my favorites too when I have the opportunityto get a massage and spend the day in the pools.

We'll stay there again.

It was blackout when we checked in for about 3 hours. the system was down..

The service of one of waitress at the Purple Parrot restaurant was nothing short of 'terrible'. Forceful, takes long time and even ignored us. I would have given 5 stars otherwise..

Great location, very clean, staff was very helpful!

My one and only complaint is the smoking throughout the casino area. (I know…it’s a casino.) There are a couple of small nonsmoking areas which was nice to be able to get away from the smoke.

Our first ever visit to Reno! Took a chance on the Atlantis Hotel—so glad we did! This property is a winner for sure!
