After leaving Burning Man, I specifically chose this hotel because I wanted to get some good rest. I never expected that our belongings would be stolen. We parked our car in the hotel’s parking garage, and the electric bike mounted on the back of our car was stolen. It was worth more than $3,000. After reporting it to the police, we waited for three or four hours, but no officer ever showed up. In the end, we were told that they were short-staffed and couldn’t come. What a terrible city and a terrible hotel. Your property is not safe here. Everyone, please be careful!

It was great , except the pool was closed .

Asked for 1 hour late checkout and paid 10$ extra. Went to room after 12 regular checkout and room key didn’t work. Luckily I ran into head of housekeeping? And she explained I had to go to main desk to get new key. No bueno, I just wanted my luggage, use bathroom and leave. She was kind to let me do that. When I ask and pay for late checkout, desk person should mention about getting new updated room key.

It was our second stay at this hotel and it was great both times. We will definitely be back.

Amazing breakfast and chief - rooms so clean a lot of amenities. Very cute park you can walk to.

Our room was perfect, staff super friendly and helpful and gave us a complimentary 1 pm late check out. The free breakfast had absolutely everything you need and the breakfast area was large and very clean. We will definitely stay there again!

The only reason I didn't give a perfect score relates to a few minor maintenance issues in the bathroom. The bathroom door creaked and could benefit from some attention, and the shower door did not close completely, which caused some water to leak onto the floor and required us to use more towels than usual. Additionally, the shower area could be improved with a few hooks or holders for hand towels and toiletries. While these were relatively minor concerns, they did not significantly impact our stay. We enjoyed our experience overall and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We stayed in an executive suite, which was comfortable and well maintained, though slightly smaller than I had expected. Our room faced the road, so there was some street noise. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone made a genuine effort to be welcoming, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Reno.

Excellent all around!! Great walking area.

Convient location, and good free breakfast. Also, the evening bar with a limited food menu was a nice touch. I'll stay again, and next time bring by two dogs. The property is excellent for dog owners wanting to travel with their Pups.

We love the location as it’s central for everything we want to participate in. There are also close restaurants. It’s clean and everyone is friendly. There is a nice breakfast offered, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal and hot offerings. We were extremely disappointed to learn that the pool will not be reopened, and will be replaced with a “wellness” center. We probably won’t return for that reason alone.

This is an excellent hotel. Breakfast is included (full breakfast, not a continental one). The only negative is paying $50 to park on the property which seems unnecessary since there was a lot of available parking.

Very clean and staff attentive.
