Other joys were a freezer section of room fridge caked with ice so unusable/no space, a half full bottle of body wash mini-sample, a security eye lens in door all scratched up or damaged so you could not see out. I Left ASAP the next morning and found something else.

We needed a lower level unit because my husband is disabled and uses an automatic wheelchair and the option was still being cleaned and we didn’t get to go in our room until 6 pm. The furniture was old with some weird dirt spots on it. And the bed spread had stains on it. The curtains were old and had little holes in them.

walked in the room and walked straight back out. it had cigarette burns in the comforter, black residue on all surfaces and reeked of smoke. haven’t gotten a refund yet when they said they would. awful awful.

My first visit was decent. Came the next week booked one night. 29-39. And I checked in as a single female! Came back did not have my room key had my friend go into the office he was not authorized on the room! They gave him my room key without any ID or anything! Got to the room it was dirty round water came out of the faucet we called the office from our cell phones because the phone in the room was disconnected all over the floor and walls! Yes we asked for an early check-in but the room had mold in the bathroom shower we went to the office they said they could not do anything with us we had to wait till the morning and talk to the management!. Took the towels to the office because the bathtub did not have a stopper and it looked like brown poop all over the the bathtub when I took out the washcloth! Did not call me for my room to not do anything gentleman came knocked on my door at 10:45 a.m. and said checked out went to the office he said no he didn't and he was yelling at us! Do not ever recommend this and will tell lots of other people that work in the convention business at Reno not to stay there!

When you first walk in the pictures are nothing like they are online staff is unfriendly and judgmental after we finally checked in we went to our room walked into the room. It smelt of cigarettes. There were stains on the walls on the blankets. There is a cigarette burn on the comforter, you turn the air on and the cigarette smell gets 10 times worse and I am not a person that complains. I’ll sleep on the side of the road in my car and use the bathroom in nature if I have to, but that was disgusting. and you wanted to charge me $155 for the room with $100 deposit for what they rent that motel out hourly

There was a lot of activity around the hotel at all times of day and night, mostly cars circling the parking lot and people outside smoking until 2 or 3 am. The hotel also had no towels, and generally felt understaffed and rundown.

Never saw room service. Maybe they didn’t offer it.

Unfortunately we had to leave at 4am due to bedbugs. Sheets looked clean however. The fridge didn't stay very cold and the AC unit was from the 70's and didn't work the best. Purple soap drop left in the tub so we couldn't use it really either. Staff was friendly however and seemed decent even if no comment was made about us mentioning the bedbugs. Hope they bomb the room.

That’s very nice, clean, quiet. Staff was very helpful. There are a lot of great places to go shopping around there.

The worst place ever.

This location was horrible from check-in to the time we left. We didn’t even stay the night but they charged us because they said we use the toilet. We were swapped multiple rooms due to it not being clean or safe for us to stay in. We always check the sheets and around the room to make sure it was cleaned before we check in. When we went back the last time to let them know that we were leaving and not staying the night. They said they would check the room because if we had used it, they weren’t gonna issue a refund. Staff was incredibly rude and confrontational. They were very unaccommodating and offered no help whatsoever. We asked for somebody to speak to higher up and they said there was nobody to speak to only a email. We could try to reach out to and offered nothing else.if you like homeless people wandering around the property and entering the building anytime,since all the doors are duct taped to stay open then this is the place for you. joined rooms are held locked with a wire. There’s no peep hole just open holes in the door. fingerprint and hand smudges on the doors, AC and light switches. This location was very unsafe and disgusting. I would never recommend anyone to stay here please make sure you read the reviews!

Clean room , nice staff

If you have degenerate tweaker family coming to visit, this is the spot to stick them.

This property should not be marketed for travelers. I was duped. This is a transitional housing property. Homeless including large family groups packed into one room stay here. It was dirty, schetchy, noisy and the room smelled like smoke and had dirty walls. I had to take the loss and go stay at a more expensive place near the airport.

Bare bones hotel. No real services including house cleaning. A little worn and rundown. I would probably not stay here again.

I would say highlights would be the room was clean the staff was very courteous and they had an on-site restaurant that was really good It served a variety of things and then they had some gaming on side as well I would say bang for the buck I got a very good deal as far as it being 4th July I would say another bonus was access to IHOP CVS McDonald's a nearby shopping center with various other stores and last but not least not that far away from Atlantis casino as well as outback steakhouse a Wells Fargo it being brown Virginia Street was just a well sorted sorted location overall!

Rooms were Ok, A/C didn’t work and they would not change me rooms, TV was broken and had a big scratch on the screen, ants in the bathroom, homeless people walking all over the property at all hours.

The staff understood and did refund the rest of my stay after having to stay for one night due to my arrival at midnight i had nowhere else to go. I felt that I shouldn't have been charged at all due to the circumstances
