Very nice room but road noise is abominable and makes sleeping very difficult.

This is a great renovated property, clean, great staff, great rooms and location. The only down side is the noise from Virginia Street. Bring noise cancelling headphones for a good night's sleep.

Such a unique place to stay. Loved the vibe, loved the room. Decor is very cool and lots of thoughtful touches to make you feel welcome. Midtown is up and coming and it can be loud at night with the cruising and loud stereos but we were so relaxed in our room it didn’t bother us at all. We weren’t aware of the sauna until check out but the front office staff were kind enough to give us the code so we could check it out before we left. The sauna is an absolute vibe. Love the modern retro look and all the details that make you feel like you’re really somewhere special. It beats anything else around. I’ll skip the hotel every time we’re in Reno for this gem. And don’t get me started on all the food, a top-notch bakery, amazing coffee shops, bars and thrift stores that are within walking distance. Easy walk to downtown too. If you can’t stomach some local character and prefer a cookie cutter, sanitized experience this may not be for you. Can’t wait to come back and experience more!

Easy fun efficient clean and cool, close to everything

Great room with fantastic design. Looks recently updated with modern tile, glass, fixtures, etc. the folks at the front were super helpful. Easy check in.

It’s nicely renovated but we did not like that the shower was see thru from the bedroom. Also there were 3-4 small moth type things flying around that we had to kill with a towel.

You NEED TO stay here. This place exceeded my expectations in more ways than one. The staff was amazing & friendly, the rooms were beautiful and clean and the parking lot felt extremely safe. I wish I had more reasons to go back to Reno just to stay here again.

Superb

The lobby offers wine for sale. The bed was comfortable and the king room bathroom had two sinks. Convenient location to walk around mid-town. Memorable stay.

Incredible location near lots of shopping, bars and restaurants. The attention to detail is amazing: comfortable beds, nice towels, high end toiletries and overall great design aesthetics. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff was very kind, helpful, and easy to work with during my late check-in. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. I’d totally come back here for another stay!

Nicely renovated hotel that accommodates dogs, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are cute, but very small. Shower has glass walls so your partner can watch you I guess. Loud AC, but is better than no AC. Only has a tea kettle and instant coffee in the room, but it was good.

Everything was good except we didn’t expect the level of noise in Midtown (Saturday night). If you are sensitive to noise, may want to reconsider. But the motel know this and the room came with two ear plugs on the nightstand.
