Plaza Resort Club

Exceptional

The rooms are excellent. The staff where very friendly and helpful.

Loved the antique furniture. The room was nice and big.

The staff were very nice, the pool was clean, there was coffee all day in the pool room. The parking garage, it was scary. There is a one lane that you share both direction and have to honk before you go up/down. very outdated hotel. Old furniture and the hallways decorated in a very odd way. There were barely any outlets in the room.

It was the first time my husband and I stayed at this hotel. The lobby was very cozy with beautiful antique decor and we will certainly stay again in the future.

This is an older property - definitely 1970s decor. However, it is a good place to stay if you're in Reno for just a night. It's clean, the room is spacious, and they offer free parking in a gated underground garage. It's also within walking distance of several restaurants.

Quite quaint room, comfortable parking leaves a little to desire

The location is right next to the riverwalk which is across the street and a little bit out of the main street which is great so less noise and complaints. The room was cozy. It reminds you of a the 1980s American hotels, still the old school carpet, patterned chairs, long drapes, etc. The bed is clean and the pillows are super comfortable. You can buy one at the general store. We didn't check out the amenities so can't really say.

Been coming here for years

Older hotel but very well maintained. Great amenities. Refrigerator and microwave, which is a big plus. Clean and spacious room. Staff were very nice. Good location. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Lots of activities and restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is a little older, but very well maintained. It’s located next to the river walk. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Okay place to stay

Overall stay here was in a close location to the river businesses and short walk to downtown casinos. My only minor complaint was lack of power outlets near bed and sitting area. Pool and recreation areas were awesome. We’ll consider staying here again.

Staff and cleanliness were excellent, but the room rate was perhaps a bit inflated for what it is.

I love to stay here quiet and the staff is so nice

Great Restaurant closed

Exceptional

I was kindly given a room on the 18th floor by the lovely gentleman at check in. The staff here are absolutely delightful and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel offers free parking and lots of facilities to enjoy your stay. The room was huge and the bed incredibly comfortable. It also afforded me a lovely view of the city lit up at night. The rooms are a little outdated, think of it like you’re staying with your grandparents for the night, but they’re homely and comforting and it’s like you’re visiting the 1960’s all over again. I really think this adds to the character of the place. Whilst I mention outdated, that doesn’t take away from how immaculately clean and well cared for they are. The levels of cleanliness were excellent. The only 2 things that I didn’t really like was the adjoining door with the room next door (the lady in there was having a BRILLIANT time with several men. I heard every climax of each person involved) I absolutely hate adjoining hotel rooms. There’s always noise. The noise of the elevator going up and down all day and night was the other thing, though this is just the layout of the building. The property offers excellent value for money, character and really nice caring staff. I’d 100% stay here again next time I find myself in Reno.
