Just a ten minute walk from the train station, reasonably priced and the room was lovely and housecleaning was excellent

My room was large and lovely. Lots of old fashioned amenities you don’t see much anymore. Their store is lightly stocked and aren’t many convenient places to eat outside of the casinos. That was the only downside at all for me

It is dated for sure but other than that it was a nice place. Looks like it was really nice like 50 years ago and could use an update for sure but not a bad place to stay for a very good price. I will say the parking garage is very low so if you have a truck and the first five spots are taken I'm not sure where you'd park.

Entire facility was very quiet and clean

The loud music from across street lasted till 2am. The windows were shaking. I guess either the hotel needs better sound-proof window or you'll need to bring noise reduction ear-plugs for a good sleep

Good place to stay.

I fealt safe staying at this clean hotel and the front desk staff were great. Wish they had a place to eat but there were other places in walking distance

The place is very nice. It is dated but has a lot of history. Each floor has its own antiques and you have a feel of back in the day. Rooms are very big. Located by the river district. A few blocks from the strip. Bar was old and nostalgic and had snacks while you drink.

Loved this cute property! The room was very spacious, the beds were comfy, the lounge area and indoor pool was great! It’s also in a cute area- close to the riverwalk, short drive to UNR, & there’s a coffee shop right across the street for breakfast in the morning.

Super cute place. Easy walking distance from the Row & other cool things to see. The front desk staff was sooo nice! Would have stayed longer if we weren't just passing through!

We needed a place close to the airport to make out next day flight out hassle free. This a great hotel with clean comfortable large rooms. Great amenities and coffee in the room. Bed was extremely comfortable. Parking was free but a slight challenge but the hotel room more than made up for the challenge

Staff was lovely and got my deposit back quickly with absolutely zero issues, very very central to the Riverwalk and the rest of downtown, would recommend 100%

We were in town for softball tournament for our daughter. The hotel was very dated! Our friends room just one over had what looked like bed bug feces on the mattress - they ended up going to a different hotel room, we had a very hard time sleeping due to yelling drunk people on street level - we were on the 14th floor facing CIrcus Circus and there were cars burning rubber for hours on end so it sounded like a race track! I would not stay here ever again let alone down town Reno. . We were in town for softball tournament for our daughter. The hotel was very dated! Great location, super helpful. My main concern is related to elevators. When we arrived the parking garage guest elevator was not functioning. We used the staff elevator which was fine, but it was concerning to me later. The main door to the hotel requires a key to access which is great for security, but by using the staff elevator I realized it does not require a key. Anyone can walk in off the street, enter the staff elevator not far from road, without a key and access all floors of the hotel after hours which no staff are on property. My only complaint or concern.

A historical and interesting hotel to stay. Feel safe. And the hotel was kept very clean. Great lounge area for family fun. Only thing is that I wish the lounge opened a little earlier for I had a business meeting at the east coast time zone...

Garage elevator was not working. Gate to garage was broken. Inside only had one working elevator. Pool great. Staff excellent

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. Pool area was clean as was the sun deck. Overall it was a great stay. Unfortunately, there are a couple of issues that I came across. Parking garage is as bad as I have ever seen. The garage is super tiny and the turns going up to next level are so bad you have to honk your horn a few times so you won't get hit. The elevator in the garage was not working so I decided to use the stairs but stairs just lead to a locked door at the bottom of stairs. Finally used to staff elevator but it took forever for the elevator to get there. Lovely hotel but horrific parking
