J Resort

Had some hair in the shower on the floor. The bed was very comfortable, the birch tower had a great view. Lots to do within walking distance, a lot of parking. They have a cafe that is open 24/7, decent prices on cold beverages when traveling. Check in and out times a little slow. Food was mostly good at Hanna’s table, couple of hickups from the kitchen, but the server, and manager more than made up for it. Hanna’s table stuff was outstanding! We would definitely consider coming back on our next visit though the area. Butterfinger cheese cake in the cafe overnight area was delicious!!

Two of the three elevators to my room on the 10th floor would not go to the 10th floor. Still not fixed when I left after one night. Ice machine on my floor didn't work and was not fixed by the time I left. Your blurb about the motel said that breakfast was included. Not exactly in those words so perhaps that's how you get away with not serving breakfast at the motel. Whatever the reason the wording in your blurb is very misleading about breakfast. So this tells me that there are other things that you can be misleading about.

Clean and newly renovated room.

Staff was friendly accommodating and the property felt modern, fresh, and very clean. The bed was comfortable and big. A big added bonus is that the hotel has a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport which runs until 11pm! I was also glad there was a Starbucks on-property. I would definitely stay at the J resort again.

The room was clean spacious and the shower has the shampoo conditioner and body wash bottles in there so that all you have to do is use them you don't get the little bitty things and they actually give you four full-size towels not two or three like some of the other hotels

The room was very clean, smelled fresh, and everything was well taken care of. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and welcoming. We had a really positive experience and will definitely be staying at J Resort again!

The property is the old Sands resort. It’s been completely refurbished. Got a good array of slot machines. The rooms are clean. The property is well maintained all the restaurants were good beds were comfortable. It was a good stay for the money.

We like to stay here when visiting our college kid. We don’t gamble but like the cost, clean room and proximity to UNR.

Staff were nice when we checked in. Our room was nicely cleaned and there was plenty of room for 4 of us. This is my second time coming back to this hotel when I have visited Reno. Great location, walkable everywhere. Would definitely come back again.
