Peppermill Resort Spa Casino

Was a great place to watch the World Cup between the United States and Belgium.

Great stay for our family. Fun arcade and the exceptional staff made us feel warm, welcome, and safe. We're looking forward to coming back another time.

First off rooms are amazing . Atleast in the peppermill tower . This is my experience at peppermill , check in people 6/10 ( there’s not close to enough people working at peak check in check out times that I saw ) . Waitresses 9/10 , floor staff 2/10 . Have not been treated worse at any casino by floor staff and I have been to 20+ casinos.

The room was awful the air conditioner made noice throughout the night curtains were so bad in shape and used and it could not properly closed even after trying several times had to sleep with light which was very uncomfortable the pillows were very uncomfortable as well room location was too bad she purposefully gave us a room with just a wall a view will never waste my money here again

Love Peppermill, I’ve stayed here before and will always comeback. First time getting a service from the spa, definitely recommend. The spa are is just so relaxing.

This place is a huge casino property. We knew nothing about the place & ended up walking from the parking lot entrance all the way to the other side of the casino for hotel check in. We were tired from traveling all day, had never been there before & probably should have stayed somewhere else. The check in was confusing. The lady had pre written/practiced statements & was not friendly at all, even when I told her we have never been there before, no hrlp understanding. We had to take a long hallway, 2 elevators and a set of stairs (with luggage & all) to get to our room. We definitely won't be going back.

The room was extremely lovely. They had a steambath in the shower! The staff are all wonderfully helpful. The casino has great vibes. Pools are warm and pretty. The restaurants are wonderful. We loved staying here!

The environment was quiet.safe and pleasant.SAS available. Great.
