Club Lakeridge Resort

The apartment had everything we needed, it was big, great kitchen, washer and dryer. Quite and close to walmart / Starbucks. The location was perfect for our needs. The main bedroom was not dark enough in the morning. We got there late and did not get guidelines on how to get into the apartment, it took us very long to get into the room - make sure the info is sent to you in advance.

Fantastic unit, roomy, modern and spotless and extremely comfortable Check in was a nightmare! On my booking it said reception was open until 5pm on Saturdays. But there was no one there and it didn’t look like anyone had been there for sometime.. mail was piled up at the door and there was a little post it note on the door with a number to ring. Phone reception in Reno ( at least with the provider we had) is absolute rubbish. We drove around looking for more reception only to have it drop out. The number was an answering service so every time we got through to someone we had to go through the whole booking only to have it drop out before they could help. When you finally got through again it would be a different operator and you would have to go through the whole thing again. It took us 2 hours to finally get the door code. The phone number that was provided with the booking was not the right number.. check my photos for the correct number and make sure you call when you are somewhere with excellent reception.

No replacement garbage bags. No dish washer detergent. Closer to main road then I thought. Could hear cars all night long. Do host welcome us and us checked in. Had to check in through answering service. Took forever.

Very convenient location. The unit was very clean,roomy and comfortable. We’ll equipped kitchen and towels. The address is not as listed. It’s close but hard to find initially. No communication prior to arrival about the check in process. No office. Everything is done by phone. The grounds are overgrown and unkept. The unit is quirky and dated, but still comfortable.

It is a shame they lost the resort style tennis club with pools and GYM. Still miss it.

The apartment was very well equipped and quite spacious. It was conveniently located within a mile of where we were visiting. The address was a bit misleading. It ended being on a very busy intersection and it really interfered with sleep.

Great staff. Easy to work with and very friendly. Beautiful place to stay. The toilet in master bathroom needed to be flushed a few times just to get waste to go down.

Everything! This was the most amazing place we have ever stayed at. And, I never say this, but it was a great value too. So much nicer than staying in a cramped hotel room. Loved everything about it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Do you happen to have anything similar in Louisville, KY? Absolutely nothing.

it was really well set up and comfortable. the fireplace was great. the staff was friendly & accommodating. it’s just a bit run down. nothing that affected our stay though.

We loved the space in the apartment, it was a nice size, plenty of room for what we needed. It had full size kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and nice sitting area. no complaints about the apartment itself. I would suggest when the property confirmed the reservations customers are given the apt # (if possible). It was really confusing when we arrived, there seem to be several properties with same address or similar

A peacefulness in a location... Great space The jet tab wasn't working

Kitchen fully stocked, washer and dryer with 2 packets of detergent, dishwasher with detergent, everything you need to cook, relax and enjoy life. The beds need to be replaced, they are really uncomfortable in 28D. The toilets are really low to the ground and don't flush well, gravity fed. Overall, I would still stay there again.

kitchen., Old complex. The “sideshow” incident on Sunday morning at 12:20 am to I:30 am at Lakeside and McCarran right outside my unit was extremely loud, disturbing and frightening especially when gunshots were fired into the air. Too late in the year for a pool to be available.

No one for the company was at the location even in check in hours. No security. Outside of building is subpar. The location is remote from restaurants, stores, casinos. It did not seem like a safe place to stay.
