The view from the hotel room overlooking the lake. Resort fee was doubly charged. The room was not ready even after the checkin time. Accessiblity info was incorrect. Checkin staff was not customer friendly.

I think you already know that the menu and food are not as spectacular as the hotel and amenities. Service was excellent, but the execution of the food and menu choices could use a refresh. I will be back soon for work, and if it's the same, I would probably eat somewhere else.

They charged my incidentals twice and I’m still waiting for the refund 8 days later.

The location is beautiful. The furniture inside the hotel all had stains on them and they were very dirty. The members room was closed and it’s our favorite part about the stay. The some of the front desk employees were so rude.

The room was quite big enough with excellent view of the lake Extra hidden charges like destination fee, which should be included in the room price.
