It was a nice hotel. I got a corner room but there wasn’t much to see. There was no microwave in sight.

One person only ? Food (chicken wrap) was insanely salty Door to room would not close all the way Caused delay in leaving the room

Everything about this hotel, I love! So clean, the decor, ambiance, everything is so high end and luxury. Worth every penny, and the staff is so polite, and helpful.

Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Need trash cans. Very empty hotel so not a lot going on. Extra $40 parking for one night was ridiculous.

The shower gel and hand soap were switched. Took a long time for the water to get hot. Would have expected more from a luxury property

The elevators were very frustrating to use. If you have a family member staying in a different floor you can’t go to their room because your key won’t work in the elevator. Extremely frustrating if staying with a group. My sister’s room was not ready even though we checked in at 6 pm which is well past their check in time. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable.

Just the location. And you had a crib for a suitable age. 1)Why do I have to press the remote multiple times before it responds? 2)When housekeeping knocks why do they attempt to open the door knowing FULLY WELL it is locked? At least wait 60 seconds before attempting to open the door if someone isn’t around. But we were inside and they knocked and wanted to open the door immediately. 3)Why is the toilet literally spitting at me? When one should flush it “spits” back. 4)My baby pooped and I could still smell it 3hrs later. Work on your extractors. 5)Portion control on food. Great quantity but TOO MUCH! Maybe confuse cutting it in half. 6)Why is the bed moving? We literally had to adjust the bed at least 6 times for a 4 nights stay. 7)Why don’t you have a mini bar? For an hotel like this that looks pretty from outside you should have a mini bar. 8)Why do I have to call for an iron and board? Rooms should have those already.
