Location Our room wasn’t ready at check in, the elevators were incredibly slow and there was no microwaves.

The place is truly over priced. The bathroom belongs in a 2/3 Star hotel and the room just really want up to standard. Great location though!

This was great hotel. We used it due to a missed flight and it worked out great. The location was part of a shopping complex. There is no shuttle. We used Uber to and from the airport. Breakfast was not included. Would definitely come back to the hotel. Room was clean and quiet.

The location was nice - close to the airport. The food in both the burger and indian restuarants was really good. The room was overpriced for small outdated bathroom that not only lacked proper lighting, but the shower and sink both only ran scolding hot water. I called to request a repair and they sent someone up promptly but after 2 hours of waiting, they still didn't fix the problem. The only way to shower was to let the water flow for 30 minutes prior so you didn't burn yourself. This was very inconvenient and the most disappointing thing is that they didn't even offer us a free meal or discounted rate given the level of inconvenience. Also, the pool is only open from 4-8 pm everyday which is absolutely insane and something I've never contended with at a hotel that costs over $400/night.
