This was great hotel. We used it due to a missed flight and it worked out great. The location was part of a shopping complex. There is no shuttle. We used Uber to and from the airport. Breakfast was not included. Would definitely come back to the hotel. Room was clean and quiet.

Loved the hotel just wish all charges were disclosed when booking with expedia. Ex: parking, incidental charge that you received once you checked in. Again loved the hotel.

Fabulous stay and delicious restaurants connected to hotel! Walking distance to everything in Reston Town Center and access to Metro station to go to DC.!

My only complaint was that the bed was too soft

Staff was great along with the room. However, they need bathroom fans and the pillows were flatter than pancakes. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The rooms was clean The hotel is located in perfect spot. Every thing you need is nearby and the restaurants were excellent.

It’s an expensive property very clearly aimed at business travels, corporate meetings, conventions - all of which are major revenue generators. So “regular” people visiting the area are not a priority. And $18 per night for self parking is very clearly excessive.

I had to wait longer than usual for requests and staff did not seem familiar with their own lines of communication. In addition, I asked about pillows, but they said there were only two kinds, but the staff could not tell the difference. But they did try. Rooms were clean. There was one day the Cleaning missed our room completely.
