Great customer service at front desk! Appreciate the help at hotel store to buy meds at early hours of the morning.

Our room was very nice & the breakfast was excellent. The only issue was we were not informed at check in that the pool was closed (4th of July weekend) which is why we selected this hotel.

Beautiful and easy

The main floor was nice. The bar and restaurant area was nice. They had salsa night on Friday evening. The staff at front desk was nice. Room was clean when we arrived.

The restaurant was surprisingly mediocre. Garbage cans were overflowing in the underground parking. Otherwise, terrific place.

Restaurant & bar was nice, but very pricey; breakfast buffet; $23. Nearby Pannera Bread was a better option. Room wa very nice and the bed was super comfortable.

Love it room is clean and bathroom has shower and tub and extra shower on the other side. Bathroom is clean, pool and jacuzzi is amazing! Wonderful Stay.

Really nice property . Our king size bed was comfortable. We only wish that hotels would take out the carpeting in all rooms! It is so unsanitary. Otherwise the hotel was quite and located close to Reston Town Center and a lot of other restaurants.

Very quiet hotel, friendly staff , easy parking. Only complaint is that while nicely renovated the small details are lost. Soap dish cracked, towel rack rusted, and no hotel should have discolored grout.

My three grandkids, and I we're visiting the family and booked two nights in hopes of maybe extending; We received a voucher for the breakfast buffet for 2 but was told that the kids ages 4yrs old, and the twins 9yrs old were free. The next morning we went to breakfast and we're treated as if we were stealing food, the worker looked at me after receiving the voucher, and I asked me, how were the kids in a very suspicious manner, the twins are small because of a birth defect, and the four-year-old is small as well. There was no need to press that issue. But behind my back as the twins were fixing their plate, they were asked as well!! When they came back to the table, they looked very uncomfortable. So I talked to the guy who acted as if what he did was harmless so I went to a manager, who had a two minute conversation with the worker And never said anything to us at all, we did not eat that morning, and we didn't come down the next morning We just went to golden corral. We still didn't hear anything from the manager and was issued no apology.

I really didn't like it bed was to hard to sleep and had to pay for everything. Its was not worth it.
