The Westin Reston Heights

Great stay and the staff was terrific!

The hotel was clean, quiet, very friendly and good location my only problem was the pool was just outta service for the whole weekend that the only I was upset about but I will return for sure.

Check linens, toilet, shower floor filled with pubic hairs , smelly refrigerators. They use same comforter after every customer. Had to get house cleaner to change all of bed linen that had hair and feces on it disgusting. That’s probably my last time there.

I was disappointed that the pool was closed on the 4th holiday and since this is one of the best pools I’ve seen in any hotel The property was also understaffed due to an unexpected 98% occupancy. The front desk handled it well and with big smiles and housekeeping was quick to turn around rooms. The guestrooms are lovely with great comforters and bathroom amenities. Will definitely continue to stay here

The staff was EXCELLENT during the check-in. She was very understanding and accommodating. The room was clean and A/C was quiet yet not strong enough for the heatwave during the visit. However the cool air was available for a good night sleep. Unfortunately, the pool was under maintenance.

Going from high-end cocktails to navigating a hotel lobby after midnight turned into a hilarious obstacle course.🍹 Here is how our post-party stay went down!🌀 The Lobby: The Midnight MazeThe Rotating Door Challenge: After a few drinks, that spinning glass door felt like an amusement park ride we couldn't get off. The Name Game: We spent five minutes arguing with the front desk that we were staying at the "Western," only to realize we couldn't read the sign right in front of us. 🛌 The Room: Our Safe Haven The Heaven Bed: The Westin's signature bed felt like a giant, fluffy cloud that immediately swallowed us whole. 🍳 The Morning After: The Great Awakening Blinding Light: The curtains did a great job blocking the sun, until someone opened them at 8:00 AM and completely blinded the entire room. 🏆 The Final Verdict: The Westin Reston Heights is the ultimate recovery zone after a wild night out at the Town Center. It is close enough to the bars that you won't get lost, and the beds are soft enough to cure any incoming headache. We will definitely be back—just as soon as our hangover completely clears up! 💊

Check in was better this go around, I was able to get extra towels for extra days there. Only issues are all the money they make they can replace toilet seats and clean a little better around the creases of bathroom, clean carpet or not have in rooms where pets are allowed you can tell. Everything else was good. I enjoyed my stay and will book again if I can get the same room or better. Thanks Westin

The hot tube was down for maintenance. We had to pay extra for breakfast.

Television was difficult to operate but it could have been low batteries in the remote. The room and bed was comfortable. The pool is in need of work. The jacuzzi was closed during our stay.

It was just okay. Quite outmoded. The elevator to the pool was broken and I had to use the stairs from the 8th floor. It was quite creepy. That made the fitness and pool area very creepy I didn’t feel safe. The pool area also didn’t seem fit for purpose. The hot tub was empty. The staff were friendly though.

The pool needs some attention. The elevator to the pool was broken and you have to take a detour to get there. There were no towels and the pool looked dingy and not tell maintained. The spa was also under construction

After a five-hour drive, we arrived tired, so this was quite frustrating. I believe the hotel could train another staff member to assist with check-ins when the person responsible is temporarily unavailable. This would help provide a better experience for guests and avoid unnecessary waiting times.

We would stay here again. Clean. Quiet. Good location.

Staff were super nice. Let me check in early after a change in flight got me there too early and I was exhausted. Hotel was soooo clean and nice! Loved our stay.

I wasn’t fond of location but the hotel was clean.
