The Raspberry Garden Luxury Hotel & Suites

Every thing was good except both the bedrooms had not AC vents.

Staff was very prompt when we had questions. The place was very clean and comfortable. We would recommend staying here without any hesitation.

I booked at $239.76. I was charged $264.31 immediately — undisclosed fees added without consent. Then a post-payment rental agreement, never disclosed at booking, stated all charges are “valid and final.” I was required to sign it or forfeit my nonrefundable payment. Then a $150 deposit was demanded at the door to receive my door code — also not in my booking confirmation. Every additional charge appeared after my money was already committed. The owner told me she had no control over pricing. Hotels.com submitted a formal waiver request — which the owner denied. She had full authority the entire time and chose to say otherwise. When she suggested I rebooked direct, I asked for written confirmation I would be refunded and not twice charged. She went silent. Every attempt to resolve this with the property was met with silence, deflection, or new obstacles. Nothing undisclosed was optional without forfeiting payment already made. Hotels.com’s attempted resolution was a small OneKeyCash credit — not yet available in my account — which does not address the overcharge and simply ties me to a future Hotels.com booking. “Breakfast included” means one Denny’s voucher per booking regardless of guest count. I had three guests. One voucher. Other reviewers report the same. Nothing about this room is luxury. Damaged walls, broken blinds, no batteries in the smoke detector, a tall plywood bed frame I had to climb into at 5’10”. Don’t book here.

The overall stay was great. The only issues we had were the garbage disposal not working and no dressers in the rooms. It would have been nice to take clothes out of suitcase.

Clean room, very amazing owner/worker.

The property was good. The dryer needs to be fixed. Makes a high pitched sound. They changed us 65$ for pet fee and email says $60.

We will definitely stay here again! Instructions to get in were easy, and the staff was awesome! The apartment was clean and it was so nice to have a washer and dryer. And a full kitchen! Beds were comfy, and that was a bonus!

The Laundry room was convenient and for the most part they did have all you needed to cook.

We have stayed at the raspberry gardens several times and we’ve always had great stays! I highly recommend these accommodations.

The suite was excellent. Great stay. This is our second time staying there and we will be returning on our next visit to Rexburg. Great beds and bathroom shower, plenty of room to lounge and rest, and great kitchen to cook some of our own meals.

Unit was clean and offered everything one

Great experience. The unit was immaculate and had everything you could need. Will stay here again.

Overall apartment was lovely. Some minor issues were with dog barking throughout night and some cleanliness issues. Dead flies on window sills, used coffee filter and trash thrown behind nightstand. Some stains on top comforter too. Sprinkler going off on side walks when trying to leave early. Fidgety entry lock . we would stay again as these issues were minor compared to comfort . Staff was very on top of everything so our error not informing them of issues but as they did not impinge much we didn’t bother.

I almost don’t want to say how good it was to stay here - don’t want a good secret spot getting away from me. Excellent place to stay. We were here for 5 nights. One thing to note - it didn’t have hangers and not really any couch blankets. Those would have been nice to have in the room. We went to a thrift store to pick up a few for our extended stay.
