SpringHill Suites Dallas Richardson/Plano

Everything was great.

Great stay. Comfortable beds and room layout. Worked well for 2 adults and 2 teens.

Property well maintained. Great location.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast and easy check in and out

My favorite place to stay in Garland. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and quiet. The staff is always exceptional from the front desk to the back of the house. Second time I’ve stayed here and I’ll be back, God-willing. Thank you.

Superb

Nice room very clean and spacious With all we needed We were traveling with our 2 year old and they found us a bed for him and he slept very well too.

Nice room. Bed, ac. Very nice staff. Good hot breakfast

Exceptional

Also, the breakfast service saved us a lot of time.

Everything was comfortable & clean

We were very disappointed with how the situation was handled. The manager was unwilling to refund us for one of the two nights, so we ultimately decided to leave early. The alternative room we were offered also had dirty sheets, which only added to our frustration. Overall, we were very unhappy with our stay and expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and customer service.

Was mostly good but the beds were awful.

Cleanness and spacious room

Modern, clean hotel. The location is close to several highways.

Large room - well designed. The gentleman at the front desk (worked nights) whose name began with a J was amazing - sorry I can’t remember his name. But please recognize his hospitality. The breakfast was good too.

The cleaness I loved everything

really clean and updated

We stayed in a junior suite. The layout was particularly convenient, having two separate toilets: one equipped with a bidet and a small basin, and the other featuring a bathtub, shower, and a larger basin. This setup was very practical. Also, there was also a small walk-in closet, just large enough for an average-sized person to change comfortably inside. The mattresses were very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was good, with staff constantly refilling and cleaning the area. I liked the welcome message in different languages at the entrance of the hotel. The lobby needs more chairs, there simply weren't enough. And the coffee maker in the room, useless without a jug.
