Our room was not as clean as it should have been and the bathroom fixtures were in bad shape.

Everything was good for the price. We were visiting Blossom Music Center and the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The location was great for those activities.

Property was very dirty and dated. The ac worked well. The breakfast was well below the standards that I’m accustomed to from comfort inn.

Our room was well maintained and had a comfortable bed. When we were checking in, the clerk was completely oblivious when my wife asked to use the bathroom. Otherwise, I would probably stay here again.

Location off highway Girl at desk was rude. Problem with confirmation cause of air quality alert and wouldn’t prorate extra night stay. Charged me for single nights instead of two night stay. Also had other people in our group that rooms were not clean

Main building was very warm. I guess To save money in air conditioning. Breakfast was frustrating . They have the receptionist running the desk and keeping up with food. They were out of most of the food forever and finally noticed it being gone. They need to hire someone to take care of breakfast and. Not try to make the receptionist die two jobs.

El primer cuarto estaba sucio y lo que hicieron fue collocate la sabana que uso el guest anteriormente. El elevator esta en malas conditiones,le perilous sabanas y no tenian. El problema es que el propietario,esposa y sus dos hijos son los que atienden, limpiar cuarto, hacen desayuno y laundry y por eso es que el hotel esta en malas condiciones y lo que ven en las fotos no es lo que es el hotel ahora. Yo no lo recommends.
