The workers were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the property felt unsafe and very outdated. The exterior door that you were supposed to use your key card to enter was unlocked and anyone could walk in. The phone and clock did not work in the room and they were very old. The bathroom was very small and outdated and there was a used bar of soap left on the sink.

Everything was great. Room. Clean. Check in easy and quick. Only neg was hot tub was not operational

The room was very clean, which was a pleasant surprise. The recreation area and pool area was was rundown and unkept

My kids loved the pool for the money it was well worth it.

Sean at the front desk was fantastic. The kids area pool is perfect. Suggest giving kids at check in an arcade card to get them started would be a nice touch. Location was great for visiting cleaveland and great breakfast. Again highlight was opening our room door to the amazing lounge with endless activities for the kids including a pool and mini putt. 😀

Staff was friendly Bedding was very uncomfortable scratchy blankets, had to walk a far distance for ice since all others were either taken out or broken.

One person at the front desk! They where having a private party in the conference area the doors in the hallway passed in front of the party we where cutting through because our room key didn't work. The employee that stopped us was extremely rude and won't let us walk through the hall. We had to walk around. And he locked the door. But there where no signs telling us we couldn't walk through. And we where actually guest too. It was bad I won't stay there again. It was a public hallway. I've stayed in places like that before. And it was public.

Overall okay. Property needs lights very badly. Corridors and rooms appear worn out and scary. Pool side rooms need to be redone as there is lots of noise especially during late evenings. Location of the property is isolated. Staff is good though.

Location was whole point, we were having work done to the home interior and could not stay while varnish was being applied. The staff at the front desk had no idea we booked b/c we had pets. Not only did I put this in the original request, I re-iterated it in an email directly to the facility. In addition to be sure there were no errors, I personally called the hotel the week prior to our stay to confirm that they knew we had dogs with us. When we got there, the staff was stunned that I had pets. When they confronted me on this, I had information proving on my phone that I had documented the pet situation. I’m not sure how much more I could’ve covered my tracks to make sure that this was done smoothly and efficiently? Furthermore, there were candy and cookie wrappers in our room on arrival, the dresser was broken, and the luggage holder was in tatters as well. I took pictures of all of it assuming they would accuse us of the damage, and losing our extra $50 deposit for having pets in the room.

Within 2 hours of checking in, I contacted Expedia to request a refund because I wasn’t happy with the hotel. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the front desk called me sounding angry and told me I shouldn’t have contacted Expedia. He insisted I come to the front desk even though we had already discussed everything over the phone. He also told me he would not authorize my refund if I left and even said he would have the doors locked. That was completely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. I booked a room with one king bed but was given a room with two full-size beds. They told me I would have to wait about 20 minutes for the king room I reserved, but after traveling all the way from New York with my family, I was exhausted and wasn’t going to keep waiting. The property itself needs a lot of maintenance. The A/C in our room barely blew cold air until someone came to check it. The kids’ pool wasn’t working, the arcade was outdated and poorly maintained, the kids’ slide area was dirty with cups left around, and the food looked like it had been sitting out for a while. One of the massage chairs even took my money without working. The rooms were okay for the price, but they definitely need updating. The breakfast was exactly the same every day—scrambled eggs and sausage—so during my 5-night stay, I only ate it twice because there wasn’t much variety. The main pool was overcrowded all day, from around 9 a.m.
