No pool or breakfast like it said. Smelled of cigarette and marijuana smoke

The property was in fair condition. The driveway was in need of repair. The rooms were spacious, but absent of furniture. There was a bed a small desk and an office chair, but there was a large living space with nothing in it. The bed was comfortable and it was clean.

There was no advertised breakfast. There was a bug on our bed. The electronic room keycard system didn't work so the staff had to lead us to our room and open it with their own physical key. One person had to be in the room to let others in, or have staff open with their key if everyone left. Relatively clean otherwise, comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of outlets.

They had a room available at 11:00 at night The room we were given the key would not work it was 11:15 at night and the man said oh well just come back in the morning and get a key. I said they smoke cigarettes and need to go outside which has reply was just lock the door and leave the door open. That was not okay I was in the room by myself and it was midnight and my door was open. Additionally they have no microwave or refrigerator in the room and there was no continental breakfast provided

The room seemed clean, however the rest of the property was in bad shape. It was fine for a quick overnight stay.

Disappointing

Absolutely nothing

It was obvious our room was under renovation. Exposed pipe area...will possibly be kitchenette. Large area in bedroom...will possibly be a sitting area. Then as walking into room ...area will possibly have couch fold out for extra sleeping

Didn't have time

The listing said free breakfast but it was only coffee, tea and a few breakfast bars set out in the main lobby. The hotel room was clean and recently renovated but the outside of the hotel had weeds growing and landscaping plastic covering stones. When we arrived at night it looked ominous. The room was missing a chair by the desk. The key card did not open the door to the room but the hotel worker did assist in re-setting the lock. Overall good value for a one night stay. Comfortable bed with new beddking. We just checked in late on a drive through to Cincinnati and checked out in the morning.

There was no telephone or intercom to contact the front desk, I had to go down. The desk clerk was very helpful. He found another room (or so he thought), and gave me a key to Rm 316. When I went to the room, to my horror, it was occupied. So, I went down again. The clerk told me there was a problem with updating and the system showed it was empty, but actually it was occupied. He gave us Rm 217 which served the purpose. The walls were dirty, the bathroom was ridiculous - such a bad design that with the door open there was practically no way to enter the bathroom with the potty in the way. I have enclosed pictures. Sure way to stub your toes if you are not careful. The only bright spot was the front desk clerk who was very patient and tried to do his best to help.

The property and the room was okay for a short stay. I believe there was some light construction while I was there but it never was in the way of where I stayed.

Nice area I got an unfurnished Suite. A bed 2 night stands

Location was great - super convenient location The building is just old and dirty. The room itself was fairly clean with the exception of the shower. There were black handprints on the walls and looked like it hadn’t seen Clorox in quite some time. The bathroom counter also hasn’t been wiped or sanitized in quite some time. Additionally, I had multiple cockroaches in my room. Fortunately they were small and easy to kill but I saw a few larger ones dead in the main level hallway. The worst part in my room is that they were climbing out of the faucet - which very likely means infestation. It was also advertised that there was free breakfast and there was absolutely no breakfast at all. Even if there was, I probably wouldn’t have eaten it given the overall condition of the building.
