Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Richmond I-95 South, VA

Easy on and off the highway. A little older of a hotel but the Price Is Right in the bed was comfortable. Good breakfast to start my day off right.

This hotel is good...

The biggest issue was they don't have charging stations or outlets in or near the nightstand. We had to use outlets on the wall far away. If you’re like me, you want your phone within arms reach. The bathroom was clean but could use a grab bar to get in/out of the tub shower. The a/c worked great and wasn’t overly loud. Our room faced the gas station but it wasn’t as loud as I thought it might be. The bed was clean and comfortable.

The staff, clean room, and air condition were good. The breakfast was okay, but it could be better.

Found Hair in Coffee and Food did not eat breakfast at hotel for the rest of my stay.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good, but the eggs were runny and there was a Sail bagel available. There was a good selection of items for breakfast. The bed was comfortable and there was everything we needed from shampoo and conditioner to soap. The towels were also very nice. It was a great stop over on a long trip.

The location was kind of shady. Breakfast was ok.

Very clean and breakfast was great.

This was an okay place to stay for 1 night if needed in a hurry. I wouldn’t stay longer than a day. The room had a damp foul odor. The front desk tried to accommodate as best as they could but wouldn’t visit again. The food was ok as well.

Our main issue and this could just be poor planning on my part was rowdy guest on the second floor, lots of teens in as if there was some kind of competition or sporting event going on. Issue was addressed with staff but kids will be kids so not too much could be done besides removing them from the hotel completely. Overall we would consider booking here again for a future trip to Kings Dominion/Richmond.

Above expectations

Overall, my stay was okay, and the staff was courteous and accommodating. When I mentioned that my room had a strong urine smell, they promptly moved me to another room, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the second room also had a noticeable urine odor. Everything else about the stay was acceptable, but the persistent smell made it difficult to relax and enjoy the room. I hope management addresses this issue, as it significantly affects the guest experience.

The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast was good, the room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked very well. Nothing. Everything was good.

Clean room and building. Free breakfast. The ice machine was broken so that was a bummer, but not a big deal. The A/C worked great. Staff was nice. No complaints.

It was pretty clean for the most part, but a little run down in the bathroom. Check in and out was fast and easy. Didn’t get to try the breakfast so no opinion on that.

Hotel was ok. 2star at best. Area around hotel is not very nice, be prepared. Room was ok, needs some upgrading. You get what you pay for here!
