Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Richmond I-95 South, VA

Had to do a late check in, was given a room that had water leaking, smelled extremely musty and the floors were wet. Never had such an experience. Had to move rooms again late at night and the staff was barely apologetic. I do not understand how such a room could be rented out especially when the assumption is that rooms are checked and cleaned before giving out to someone. Would not recommend. Mold exposure is not what I expect from a paid hotel stay.

Convenient off of 95, decent breakfast.

Great experience. Right off of I95. We checked in late, (2310) and the Front Desk Employee was so helpful and pleasant. Helping us get a crib for our smallest kiddo. The building inside and out was so quiet, very clean and bed was comfortable. Comfortable climate, breakfast we didn’t have but smelled good on the way out. Simple stay while traveling for us and kiddos, but allowed us to rest and restore before traveling onward

Room was equipped with all for my family of 3, no need to reach out for xtra towels etc, excellent, staff was even willing to make xtra cookies for us, details are all

Very clean

The food for the breakfast was aweful. The eggs were not edible, the juices were disgusting. And I got hit with the smell of mold the second I walked in the room. The AC unit just sent mold all through the room.

Firstly, the staff went above and beyond. When we departed the premises, I accidentally left a bag that contained my laptop. Staff called and we returned to find everything in good condition. Thanks! Breakfast choices were spare. I would have liked a few more.

Shower: The drainage wasn't working properly, so whenever we took a shower, it flooded.

We only stayed for one night driving from the Midwest, so we didn’t use the pool or fitness room. The room had everything we needed and nice to have a mini fridge with freezer for ice packs for the cooler. Comfortable bed if you like a soft mattress . Room was clean and no odors. Very nice breakfast and the attendant kept refilling things and constantly wiping everything down.

This is our usual hotel when we come to visit people in CT and MA. Good “in-between” for day trip between our destinations.

Towels and bedding new and clean. Room was clean breakfast items typical. Older hotel in an older neighborhood. Not as close to the airport as I expected.

Full of bugs, non functioning locks

There was issues with TV but clerk helped. Toilet kept running, room smelled like mildew,AC made noise and the absolute worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. the sausage gravy tasted like dishwater, eggs had no flavor and the meat dish was breaded chicken filet!!!! chicken filet???? Turned keys into clerk never got a bill not even email. The staff was helpful though.
