Stay away. If I could upload pics it’ll tell the Entire story. I checked in at 10:40pm and check out at 4am, no I didn’t stay in the room it was filthy.
-
Rusted bathroom tub door was off of the framing, homeless people sleeping outside. Breakfast was crap. TV was busted small and static ridden

Not clean Cleaniness, roaches and insects
-
Location They need to do better with cleaning!!! It feels like they just replace the sheet nd towels and not actually cleaning them. Roaches and strange insects seen.
-
Nothing It was dirty had stains on the sheets and roaches in the room.

Beds had springs but that's it. So so uncomfortable loud to even with on. The pillows? Seem d like we were sleeping on pillow cases without a pillow in it. Had an awful sleep. There was a Huge ball of ???? Sick fuzz or dryer lint and leaves in our bed sheets kind of grossed out the kids. We slept with clothing on. Left because th breakfast the next morning was the option of two cereals or a loaf of white bread.

Nice house keeping staff A little raggedy but its ok
-
It was quiet They was overcharging me out my money out of $350. I would never stay here again.

The facility smelled so bad from people smoking weed and cigarettes in the building. No soup at the sink, no soup in the shower. The facility need to be torn down and eliminated. I felt unsecure to sleep or park my car there over night. We will never get close to that facility again. NOTHING

Nothing. We spent as little time as possible there as we had to. There was roaches and other bugs in our room, we felt very gross staying there afraid to sleep due to bugs. There was dead bugs in the refrigerator and the couch was dingy, there was hairs in the bathroom sink when we arrived and bugs in the bathroom, hair clumps in our “clean” towels….we refused to even bring luggage into the room for fear of bringing roaches home.

Horrible rooms, bed felt like boxspring, staircase with flickering light bulb, room with door open that had bare dirty mattress next to my booked room, building smelled like food and cigarette smoke, half dressed woman came out of her room yelling.

There was plenty of storage in the room. There were no elevators, only narrow dark stairwells, which made moving everything in and out harder. The "kitchen sink" was way too small for convenience. Most of the television channels were very grainy as if the tv was old. The remote didn't even give a channel menu, and there wasn't one in the room. There were no DO NOT DISTURB door signs for housekeeping. There were no flyers in the room to advertise services/deliveries/phone extensions. The full size fridge has a very small freezer. Considering there was no hotplate, we were using frozen dinners and the microwave, but could only store so much for two people. No fan in the bathroom. Laundry only in one building (not ours) so without elevators it was a hard NO. We missed the free breakfast because it was in another building and closed at 9:am. Doesn't work with our schedule, and we were too exhausted to get dressed and walk in the cold up 3 buildings.

Nothing really The hotel is located near what is now a more ready area. I did not feel comfortable leaving my vehicle. Trash bags littered the walkway the first and only evening we stayed at this hotel. The room smelled of urine, there was live bug in the living room area, and a dead one in the bathroom. We saw a sex worker leaving the facility and worst of all my oldest daughter was solicited to purchasedrugs. We only stayed in the room for one evening. The next morning we packed our belongings and did not return.. I spent the week of our booking utilizing any funds I had remaining to cover a room in a decent area and attempting to fight for a refund for the roobut jm we were unable to use tor the week. My family is currently experiencing housing instability I'm budgeting all of our funds and the loss has been devastating. The question for booking.com when you allow an establishment that runs in this manner and is ok attaching their name and brand to rooms in this unsanitary, unsafe condition why would they ever decide to issue a refund. I am currently pleading with booking.com I personally would not allow this establishment the authority to dictate if a refund is issued tying my name any further to such scrupulous business practices.

They definitely shouldn't call what they had to eat "breakfast." Not even continental breakfast. There was bread, a toaster, two types of cereal, milk, orange juice and coffee. Oh and a couple of red apples. That's it.
