Tv ROACHES! Dirty wall, freeze full of ice, toilet didn't work right. My car got damaged by someone during the night! People hanging out in parking lot . Dirty halls, smell of smoke

The hot water. Trash was everywhere. Trash walking in the hallways, bags of trash out side. The room was a handicap room and I’m not handicap when I asked to be moved he said no cause they would have to clean two rooms. No ventilation so when you shower the room gets damp. The bed is a mattress on a metal box. If you love your spine avoid this hotel. Breakfast was a gallon of milk and two stale selection of cereal with some over ripe oranges and a few pale apples.my room was by the office so I could hear everything very unpleasant experience. There was rust dripping in the shower.

Location was ok. Not clean, second room smelled like cat piss and the other smelled of urine in bathroom, not clean, mold in a/c unit and was not clean. We were able to go back to first room and dealt with leaking a/c unit with extra towels. Breakfast room was not clean, did not eat in it, and piece of dry wall was leaning against counter for remodeling, I think, and lobby not clean and hallways were dirty and never vacuumed with same stuff still in hallway and lobby upon arrival and departure. The front desk guy was very nice and tried his best to accommodate with additional rooms to check out the afternoon we arrived. Bags of garbage were placed near entrance where you enter from back parking lot.

my reservation was put in wrong. the wrong person was put on as the guest and those 2 nights were canceled. and had to rent the room again at full price under the name of person first reservation was made for. No cancelation has been credited yet or any record of it the staft

Nothing No selection. Cereal messed all over. Could not Take even your coffee back to your room.

No elevator. Threadbare sheets. Mattress like a rock slab. Under construction with roofing being done at 6:45pm. So so on cleanliness

Got potential Who ever did the construction sucks first room smelled like mold 2nd room bathroom door didn't shut hump in the floor shower head to close to the side wall instead in the middle of the shower had lean up against the wall get wet some of the lights didn't work

I've stayed here before...this is a very nice hotel in a great location...ample free parking and nice helpful staff
