Rodeway Inn Richmond West End

This was probably one of the most difficult hotels I’ve ever stayed in. They don’t allow you to take your breakfast to your own rooms. There’s roaches all over the place. They kick you off the Wi-Fi. The people that work at the front. Their accents are so hard that you barely understand them. They charge you for having an ESA pet their machines to let you into the door are always running low on battery so sometimes you may get locked outside your room longer than you want to be the TVs do not work. The light in the bathrooms are always flickering. There’s never any batteries in the remote controls And they took water from us for six hours.

The pool It's behind an Econo Lodge but they own both. It was a little sketchy since it appeared quite a few people lived at the hotel. It's a get what you pay for.

The sheets felt dry and dirty outside

Location Scarce supplies. Wouldn't really call it breakfast. Hotel was very cheap. Pool looked disgusting.

I wasn't pleased with the variety of TV channels other than that my is stay was good

Not nice at all! Very dirty and when my girlfriend said something to the front desk the were rude abd unhelpful. The next morning I was gonna pay to stay another night and they said my wife was too much and I couldn’t get the room again. I heard her on the phone she basically said your cleaners did not do a good job that’s it!

We really enjoyed the pool and it was great that it was pet friendly! I enjoyed being able to my dog with me! The metal frame on the bottom of the bed that I kept kicking and it sounded like thunder! I kept thinking it was storming! My friend didn't make as much thunder just me!

Got to my room door and found the door open already, 3 poor pillows without cases, no sheets on the bed, shower stains, etc. immediately left. Take your money elsewhere

Shampoo got over so fast, dirt was under bed. Amenities were old . Staff were good but breakfast and other facilities were average.

The tvs didn’t work there was no accommodation for that my entire stay after the front desk said it would be fixed by the morning front staff is also rude

Breakfast was good but it needs to have a few more selections of food. That the TV wasn't working none my whole trip so I couldn't watch the TV at all

It was okay. The refrigerator was a decent size. The beds were comfortable. The decor was nothing special. There was no elevator to the second floor. Breakfast was limited.

I went to check in at Rodeway Inn only to discover the office was closed up and I had to go to the Econo Lodge office for check-in

The staff was rude and was trying to get extra money out of us after we already paid.

My family left alive and we were not getrobbed. The front desk. The confusion. No cable tv. Very weird people wondering the property. People sleeping in their cars. Water temp boiling hot and not able to add cold water.
