Very nice hotel in the cute town of Rifle CO, seemed to be family operated and everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was good and the room was clean. To be sure it's an older motel, but very pleasant and reasonably priced.

An older property, but clean and comfortable. Good access to local dining and shops. Top notch breakfast included, as good or better than any experienced at any hotel. Friendly and accommodating front desk staff.

It was a nice big room that had personality and didn't seem so clinical like many others.

Room was clean and you can smell the freshness of the bedsheets and towels. The staff was very helpful. We check in late but there is a number u call and the staff will come and get you checked in. We ask for the location of the ice machine and by the time when took all our belonging inside the room, he came by with a container of ice. That was very thoughtful of him. The breakfast was great. It has almost everything and it is worth the price.

I’m not sure how anyone rated this a 10/10. The folks that run it are really nice but that doesn’t make it a good motel. The building is in terrible shape, hair in the sheets, disgusting carpet, cold, gross breakfast…so disappointing. Do not fall for the good ratings. They must have been made out of pity.

Clean and inexpensive. Not fancy, but great for the price.

Upon arrival, we were assigned Room 27 on the second floor. There is no elevator, making it impossible to access the room in a wheelchair. When we questioned it, the front desk said there was nothing they could do because we booked through Hotels.com. We ultimately had to carry our disabled family member up the stairs. Once upstairs, we found sections of the second-floor walkway were severely rotted, with holes where you could see the parking lot below. Some areas appeared to be covered with decking instead of being repaired. At breakfast, we reported black residue inside the waffle maker. During the next 30 minutes, staff never inspected it, unplugged it, or marked it out of service. We also never found the advertised outdoor terrace. The listing did not match our experience, and neither did the ADA accommodations we were promised by phone. We cannot recommend this property, especially for travelers with accessibility needs.

Bed wasn’t comfortable,

Clean and fairly comfortable bed. Very old motel and although dated it was clean and didn’t smell in our room despite smokers out on balcony intermittently. AC worked but seemed to be struggling a bit even for our small room, it would shut off intermittently despite still being a bit warm in the room with it set to 68. Did not do breakfast. Price was too high for what it was but appreciated a clean bed and well lit front parking area.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good, with more options than expected. The hotel could use some cosmetic touches on the outside, but our room was fine. We were very happy with our stay.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean with large fridge and an actual freezer. Decent breakfast. Nothing fancy but surprisingly pleasant inside rooms.

Breakfast was one of the best we had along our 3 week trip. Coffee was top notch and everything tasted freshly prepared. One of the towel fixtures was loose in the bathroom and we could have used 2 more towels as we had 4 of us in our party.

Staff was helpful. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was just ok. Easy to find.
