Clean room

The room was very clean. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job. I have stayed at this location several times and this time was by far the worst experience of them all.

Our room did not have a working air conditioner, only one lightbulb between three lamps, shower did not drain or fully shut off. Bedding and towels were stained. The motel inside and outside was loud late into the night.

Quiet place on the river. Close to rafting adventures right next door

I was ripped off not able to check in and want my money back I waited and called the front desk for an hour and nobody came to give me a key

The door to the room didn't fit the frame well so the deadbolt did not lock. Other than that, was typical of a budget hotel and I was happy to find an inexpensive place to spend the night.

The front desk receptionist was welcoming and beyond helpful! The housekeeping staff were way better than I expected.. We were there to sleep, get ready for the day and it definitely served its purpose!

When I went to check in the housekeeping told me that there was nobody at the desk and that I should come back in about 4 hours. So I went to the graduation that I was in town for and went back later. The desk clerk was extremely rude and so stoned he couldn’t even log into his computer. He also cussed at me repeatedly and then told me he was just doing what Jesus told him. He gave us a room that hadn’t been cleaned then another that was already occupied. He told us we could stay in the dirty room for free. When I said I didn’t want to stay he said F me that he was probably going to get fired anyway because he had let so many people without reservations stay. I guess that’s why they didn’t have my room.

Manager promised us after the first night that those partying guests had left and wouldn't be staying there the second night. We later discovered they were his friends and he was drinking with them. The cops were called and came out multiple times, but they just started right back up again. The second night was even worse, almost like they were being spiteful after knowing it was keeping my pregnant wife and baby up all night. Yelling, fighting, running around, throwing luggage down the hall, running, stomping, bouncing off the walls, cussing at other guests from 9pm to 6am. At one point they were trying to get into our room. The manager originally mentioned offering a discount for the trouble, but when we asked him to do it he said he couldn't. Expedia also won't do anything. Room was subpar, but that was to be expected for the price. The room door lock didn't work, our keys didn't work and we had to get help multiple times, the bathtub and sink didn't have stoppers, we had to ask for clean towels multiple times before we finally got them, continental breakfast was oatmeal and cereal but no accessories or anything else. Our feet were black after walking on the room floors. Still waiting for manager to call us...

The front desk staff tried very hard. It is a great location.

Clean room, nice pool and hot tub, ok breakfast, nice staff. Easy in/out.

Parking and laundry

The bed was really comfortable. The water pressure and temperature was great. The door didn't have a good seal on it. So you could hear anyone outside the door. You could also see light coming in from outside the door. The bed base curtain had stains on it. It looked a little gross. The price here was really good.

Thin towels, clogged sink, broken light, loud heater, and toilet needed some work. Bed was clean, room otherwise ok. Breakfast offerings really minimal, like almost none.

They only have air conditioning in the rooms. TV doesn't have anything plugged in the screen is blue. No antenna. no cable All the floors need a sweep. And mop room also
