This hotel shows it age and is a bit outdated, they did have a nice breakfast to offer guests in the morning. Plenty of parking and a safe location.

The staff was friendly. Great breakfast options but the potatoes were a tad too dry. Everything was just great. The room was clean. The shower worked well! I was pleased with my stay.

Property had overflowing trash cans outside side exit that didnt get emptied for 2 days. Trash was blowing in to parking lot had to pick up trash myself it liked so bad. Walls had liquid stains that could have easily been wiped down but weren't. The room wasnt terrible but could use some tlc.

My room was clean, quiet and dark, with a very good shower. The breakfast was very good. Check-in time is 3pm. I showed up at 4:45pm, and my room wasn't ready. So disappointing. It's a good thing I was traveling with family, so I could put my things in their room until mine was ready.

This hotel has decreased in quality over the years. Not horrible-just little things. Breakfast gravy was cold, no hot water for shower on one morning, and sink would not drain. Otherwise good, but not the excellent stay we’ve had in past

It's a good place to stay. Staff is friendly and the location was close to everything. We stayed here because it was close to Glenwood Hot Springs without the expense of staying in Glenwood Springs. No hot tub, but the pool was nice. Breakfast was good.

Hotel is in very bad need of upgrades and repairs. Air conditioning rattles all night, mini fridge sounded like water running, windows in room were dirty and previous customers had written “wash me” in the dirty window. During breakfast, tables were dirty and not cleaned for the next guests.

Location and staff were good Hotel is in need of a remodel. Looks “worn”. We had a 2 queen bed room. Both mattresses were like sleeping on a board.

Running out of oatmeal is one thing - but NEVER run out of coffee. Right??!

This is by far the best place to stay in when visiting the Grand Mesa. Our visit was in Parachute, Co., and although it’s 24 miles away, we prefer to drive the distance because of the better quality and accommodations in this Hotel.

Beautiful place I used booking.com and it wasn't right at all, couldn't find my reservation by the conformations number they sent still awaiting my money back! Plus not sure guys name that you can talk to on the line for hotel saying you can't walk in and book anymore but that's all not true great customer service for hotel had to buy two times but at the desk it worked. Screw booking.com for able to take the money but can't do something in real time.
