The staff is very friendly There was no option for an extra crib.

Convenient location. Hair in corners of bathroom. Breakfast area was not being kept very clean. Coffee was cold in carafes.

Need to get rid of the Roaches, walls are super thin as are the floors. Many times the desk was under manned or non at all. Shower leaks and the Tub was clogged. Overall what I was expecting form an already low rating Hotel

Breakfast wasn’t open at 6 I had to leave at 609 it still wasn’t open. Door on bathroom scraps floor hinge bent or not tight makes loud noise lack of gift for premium customers and freezers don’t work.

Large room and bathroom. Nicely appointed with comfortable bedding. Local channel selection was sparse. No FOX News? That was a disappointment.

I stay at this hotel every time I am in the Chattanooga area, this weekend we were there celebrating my daughters 4th bday. My girls call this their adventure hotel and were not happy the 1 time that we stayed somewhere else. The staff is always welcoming, room is always clean, we all love the breakfast, and of course the indoor pool is great because we can use it rain or shine. This is our favorite hotel and one of the reasons I try to stay at a Hampton Inn wherever I travel.

Excellent hotel. Only thing bad was toilet ran non stop after flushing it, had to ask for help with turning heater on hot tub

Staff was super nice. Breakfast was good, with a good variety. Pool area was hot and muggy, pool water was bath temperature.
