SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chattanooga South/Ringgold, GA

Hotel was clean and quiet in what appeared to be a safe location. Breakfast was average. We were down at 8:30am and they were no longer refilling foods. Had waffles but no syrup. Had scrambled eggs but no meats to go along with it. Conveniently close for access to the interstate.

The staff was great. The room came with a hot breakfast, which ius always a plus for me on trips. There was plenty of parking and the hotel was very accessible from the interstate. The room was nice, but it did not feel super clean. The couch had several stains which looked like they could be cleaned. Whether true or not, this made the room feel less clean than it could have been. Otherwise, the bathroom, counters and bed seemed clean and the experience was positive.

Random hairs in the sink and one in the shower. Overall was okay. Man who checked us in was very nice. Breakfast lady was very friendly and kept everything stocked and clean.

Very nice place. Room very clean and very nice. Breakfast a little slow in the morning to get refurbished but over all everything was nice.

Parking area could be larger. earplugs should be available. shower plumbing was loose. toilet paper roll mount was loose

Our week-long stay was characterized by a cheerful and very helpful staff of employees. Every morning we were greeted by a well maintained and abundant breakfast. Our room was cleaned daily and the front desk responded to our every request and question. We couldn't ask for a friendlier place to stay. Chris Dapp

It’s always clean.

Slept well....that was a plus. Taking a shower not so well. No soap in dispenser . Bathroom sink was slow to drain. No tissues in dispenser. Stains on carpet and walls.

Very clean and nice room

Alan checked us in. He was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean as were the rooms. The bed was so comfortable. Fridge kept my drinks really cold. Breakfast was well-stocked and tasted good.

Breakfast items were limited and not plentiful. Biscuits were hard. Staff was not friendly and helpful during breakfast hours

There was food on ottoman tray no sheets for the pull out bed that we told them we were using. Had to go down to desk twice for needs. They sent cleaning supplies back to the room with us. I believe they should've compensated us but didn't do that.
