TRU by Hilton Ringgold

The room was very spacious and comfortable and clean. The staff were preoccupied with their own personal lives most of the time. I wasn’t aware that the rooms are cleaned every other day. There was two women in a one bathroom area. You know how many towels, wash cloths, and other bath essentials were used in 3 days?! Lots as hot and humid as it was. Other than that and the “pot” smell in the evenings we enjoyed our stay.

Cleanliness was not in their favor and the great room wasn’t near great as half the games were missing pieces, the pool balls were copped useless, & the pool was freezing no way near enjoyable.

Make sure your room doesn't face the interstate, you won't get a wink of sleep, constant traffic noise and the sound of semis downshifting on the exit ramp. The cleanliness could improve, there was an odd smell in the room and the hallways, the bathroom wasnt up to my standards but I'm a clean freak so don't take my comment to seriously if you aren't the type of person that scrubs the grout on your floors with a toothbrush. Beds were clean, guess that's all the really matters. Personally I'd be picking a place a little further away from the roads, that was the absolute worst part about the whole stay, could have over looked the cleanliness if it wasn't for the terrible sleep I got due to the traffic.

Enjoyed our stay and the staff was excellent. Will stay again if ever in that pert of town again.

Everything Nothing

Maintenance management is too bad morning manage is too roude.

Considering continental breakfasts, it was a 8 out of 10. The staff was courteous and professional. The room was clean and the bathroom was adequate. As always, we tipped the cleaning staff even though they only cleaned the room every other day. The exercise room was small but adequate. The location was the best thing. The room was small and felt confining. There was little to no room to navigate between the bed and the wall. The cost vs the comfort gives the experience a 5 out of 10. I expected more for the price we paid and that was disappointing.

Definitely stay here again.

Terrific location near the interstate, but minimal noise from trucks, etc. Both hot and cold items on the breakfast bar. A hydration station for filling up water bottles for your onward journey is just off the lobby.

It's very convenient for an overnight for those traveling by car. The shower have good pressure. It doesn't have a proper duvet.

Great staff, location, and room. Breakfast was ample and satisfying.

Room was very clean, staff helpful, breakfast adequate, a/c. Comfortable.

Key fob was not working, room and a mildew urine odor and the toilet flushing device was not working properly.

The reason was very clean - excellent shower. Delicious, varied items for breakfast.

Great stay with an unexpected need

The location was perfect. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Room was dirtier than I expect for a Hilton. There was dirt on the floor, around the beds, and an unflushed tissue in the toilet. It was fine for a one night stay just to get some sleep, but I wouldn’t stay here again.
