Quality Inn near Chattanooga South

morning had the expected buffet breakfast (not a bad thing), but the front desk clerk insisted sitting in the dining area, watching something on their phone at high volume. I did not appreciate the selected 'news' station but it was made much worse with competing electronic sounds. no training, understanding or application of customer appreciation. I do understand the level of quality to be expected at this type of hotel, but they still came in way below my initially low expectations. I'll take a parking lot instead of this chain again

Property a bit outdated and the shower is small for a tall person

Size ok Bathroom dirty, mold on the shower curtain and inside the sink. Shower floor disgusting. Only one small garbage can in the entire room.

Place was a dump. The shower head fell off as soon as we turned on the shower, front office said they would handle it in the am, forced to shower with just the pipe sticking through the hole.

Need a bit of renovations. TV size and direct TV is like traveling in time capsule.

Location was convenient. Front desk guy was really professional and answered questions. bed had stain, floor was sticky and place absolutely reeked of marijuana. we left early

So close to the karate tournament. All double beds were on 2nd floor. Only single beds were on ground floor. I have difficulty walking & would have liked to have been on ground floor. The night clerk did get me a room right at the stairs which helped.

Very few places have breakfast so bad I spit out the bite I took. Not a bad property otherwise, but breakfast pretty much ruined the stay on the way out

Pillows were comfortable Not very clean by a grave yard ice machine was out air didn’t work my husband had to clean the filters to get it to kick on.

The room was filthy. I am not picky about hotels when it’s just an overnight somewhere, and the ‘usual suspect’ budget chains like Quality Inn are usually reliable for meeting basic needs. This room disgusted even me. I spilled a little water and wiped it up with a washrag and it came up black. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling and under the rim of the sink. I didn’t turn on the A/C because i didn’t want that gross unit blowing into the room. There were food stains on the plastic TV guide and the bed coverlet. I wanted to touch nothing. The hotel is old and in disrepair, standing in stark contrast to the adjacent new ones. Pay the extra $30 to stay elsewhere.

The room was not anything like the pictures on the web site. The room had been flooded or damaged in the past and repairs were poorly done. had bugs in the room and no ice machine on the property and no ice available for guest.

Breakfast was good, the staff were great! The bed felt comfortable The room could have been better maintained. The shower floor had a crack in it, the bathroom floor tiles were all coming loose and the floor was soft. It was dirty.

Temperature was not consistent in the room. Made for difficult sleeping

there seem to be mold in the basin and around the tiles.

The room was not clean in questionable and disgusting ways. The fitted sheets didn't fit the bed, so you could see the mattress pad covers. Both mattress pad covers had brown finger-print like marks on them. Poop? Dried blood? I don't know, but it was gross. The wall behind the toilet had brown splatter on the walls. It was gross.
