Staff was very pleasant and made me feel as if they knew me for some time but I had just met them so I really liked that another plus is anything I needed there was no hesitation in making sure I got it and that to me is on point great place to stay at a decent price with great customer service and I would come back and stay no questions asked . Location is great so many stores local and restaurants bus stops ucr you name it and u will find one near thumbs up.... Could of been deep cleaned well only the jacuzzi tub in the room I'm talking about detailed crevices other then that it was clean and nice comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

Our stay at Dynasty Suites was a good one. The desk clerks were very courteous. The first room on the first day could have had a cleaner top sheet, but the bottom sheet seemed clean. The amenities were fine, especially the access to a microwave. The second room we booked was much nicer and the bed was cleaner. The refrigerator in the second room had a freezer compartment, where the first room did not. The first room also had a DVD player, but the 2nd room did not. I'm not sure why the amenities varied from room to room. I chose Dynasty Suites because it's walking distance to so many things, the movies, restaurants where you can dine in and also a number of fast food places. The local markets are also withing walking distance or a short drive away of less than 5 miles. I would book them again.

This place is a great stay for a budget. Clean and safe.

Entering the room it stank of cigarettes and "old". The shower knobs were clearly broken/poor functioning. The microwave was broken. Walls are thin and heard the neighbors arguing during the night.

I stay there because , it is near to UC.

Loved how spacious the rooms were and that the mini fridge we had in our room also had a small freezer. That was neat! Also this location was nice to stay in while having the University of Riverside less than 5 minutes away. The entrance to go in is kind of small trying to enter from the main road with a huge truck in the middle of the lane was kind of difficult. There were lots of signs of no smoking but when we checked into our room it smelled of cigarette smoke. So I had to let the room air out a bit because I have asthma.
