Walked into the room and immediately walked out. Room had a strong smell of marijuana! Will try to get a refund. Manager was apologetic and stated Booking.com will refund us. We’ll see about that????? The staff was understanding, stated that construction crews have been renting that part of the hotel for the past 3 months.

The location Room cleaning was below average. Bare minimum breakfast choices.

Terrible room that we stayed in, Found two bed bugs in the bed and got bit in the middle of the night. Won’t go back again!
-
Breakfast was not what I expected at all. Extremely small. Toilet didn’t work at first. Hopes in shower. A/c only one speed. Deposit takes 7 to 10 days to fall off

Customer service was on point. Mr. Sung was very personable and tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Mohammed was great also. The first room we checked in to had a strong musty odor with roaches and mosquitoes. The odor alone killed me. Luckily, Mr. Sung was able to move us to a new room that was a little better than the last. The beds were comfortable so at least we had a good night's sleep.

Location was near the university which I needed. Front desk was okay let me in my room a little earlier than 3:00 p.m.. the room itself was terrible. Broken dirty carpet, holes in the curtain, old dirty chair, little flies crawling out of the sink. Lots of noise outside my room late at night and early early morning. Walls are paper thin I heard everybody next door.
