Quality Inn Riverside near UCR and Downtown

•Cockroach in the bathroom. •A homeless man slept on the balcony next to our room, then he was in the breakfast area barefoot touching all utensils with his dirty hands. Ruined my appetite. Other than that is was an affordable stay but might not return

The rooms need work! The tub was dirty old rusty , even though the the area was a bit shady didn't mean you should Not keep ROOMS In excellent CONDITION ,and desk checkin man should keep his opinions to himself , THE DOOR SEEM DAMAGED HAD A BENT LOOK , but I had an ideal by the low rating it has. But in these few remarks it's noT that bad like a 1.5/5 , the surroundings lowered the rate mainly

This is a rundown hotel. The bathroom shower didn't work, and the curtain was falling.

amenities were unable to be used, pool was extremely dirty. Bugs, hair, dirty were covering the entire surface of the pool. staff was nice and understood our concerns so they were able to refund our booking.

Is near several restaurants n stores. Walking distance.

It was too dirty. Nasty really. Like they need to deep clean it. Wash the walls and stuff.

The managers were very helpful.

Would have given 5 stars but the pool never had towels and parking was hard to find after 8pm. The check in staff were amazing and funny made the long drive feel better and safe. Maybe more towels for the double bed rooms and definitely some for the pool area and this place totally thee best in the area.

Bugs, bathtubs peeling and cracking, unwilling to refund. It's unfortunate this is listed as a "hotel" it's not.

It's good for the price we paid. It's dated. The rooms were semi-clean. Worn carpet. One of the beds was unusable. The mattress was very old.

This was a ok place of your in and out of the area. Staff was so so and key card didn’t work half the time.
