Super 8 by Wyndham Riverside/Kansas City

Super pricey for a delapidated room. Broken window with tape. Missing TV remote. Dirty room. Missing 1 bulb in the bathroom sink vanity. Walls needs painting. Deposit should not be collected with the room as delapidated as that. Not recommended for even one big HR stay to pay $178 just because of the Fan Fest.

They provided a ride to the concert which was less than an Uber. Room did have a slight odor, however, for one night it was okay.

Location was OK, althought here is NO public transportation to get to this hotel (only rental or taxi or uber). The service is good and friendly staff. Needs to improve on cleanliness Facilities are quite old and there is nothing around it

Had a smell to it. I recommend bringing a room deodorizer. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. I could not get a receipt because the room was booked through Hotels.com so I have to wait and see if we were charged correctly

Absolutely horrible stay. Majority of electrical outlets did not work so could not charge phones. 2 of 5 light bulbs burned out in bathroom. Door for entry handle was loose. TV did not work and staff could not get it to work even after reboot attempts. Left after day 1 of 2 day stay - management declined 1 day refund.

Breakfast was waffles, bread, cereal and cold coffee. Staff was mostly great, but blamed us for the keys messing up. Everything broke or went wrong. I wish I could have gotten my money back and gone else where. I will never stay there again or recommend it. It was not worth what I paid.

The front desk desk man was really nice and friendly The room/bathroom we're not very clean and needed to be updated. VERY then sheets and carpeted floor felt damp
