Clean room, enjoy the stay

Once again check out is at 12 and the house keepers are opening my door at 10 this has happened at multiple Marriot locations

Good clean area

It was convenient to the Morton Amphitheater where we were attending a concert.

Have stayed there multiple times. Really enjoy it every time. Very clean and quiet and safe.

Beautiful hotel on a hill with a view of downtown Kansas City. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast at their restaurant was delicious. Highly recommended!

There was no conditioner and after talking to front desk about it and about housekeeping cleaning the room the next day we were told they would clean and bring conditioner. Coming back to ro the room later that day we had to recall at three and told by the lady they only clean rooms every other day. I told her we had already spoke to front desk and was assured they would clean and put conditioner in room. It felt like a constant battle over nothing that should be part of the basic standard. Next was the third party hotel arrangements from Expedia that I had added a day onto and pre paid for before arriving that had given me two separate reservations that seemed to be a lot and they wanted to charge me again. I had to pull up my receipts to show I paid and she said it was okay because they have my credit card on file from check in. I haven’t looked to see if I was charged again. I left there with frizzy hair and a headache and a car door scratch from someone parking next to us in the extremely tight parking spots and dinging our new car.

Everything was very good except maid service would have been nice! Trash was never emptied and no coffee replenished

We enjoyed beautiful clean room and quality staff. Loved the pool and ho ttub. Only disappointed there was no coffee and breakfast included in our stay.

Staff was helpful in finding restaurants close by. Environment clean. Check out time is noon which is wonderful.

Pool area could have been updated a little. Little bit of rust around the baseboards and spots on the ceiling that need new paint.

Great location, clean, friendly staff and felt safe!

Arrived around 5:00 pm and had to wait for room to be ready even though check-in started at 3:00 pm.

Wonderful stay, clean, nice pool sland hot tub, very comfortable

The room and bathroom were comfortable and well laid out! The staff offered us water to take to our room, as well.
