The stairway had a bad smell. The floor in my room made my feet black.

The property was okay, nice location for what I needed to do There were roaches, including one about 2 inches long laying in the hallway. I was forced to check out because of my service animal and was promised a full refund minus the one night I actually stayed. I never received the refund and while trying to get information and confirmation, I was hung up on numerous times and treated very rude. When I showed up at the property for confirmation of my refund, the GM didn’t see it fit to see me in a timely manner so I sat in the lobby for 2 hours and then he laughed at the situation upon seeing me. I am still waiting on my refund. I have been respectful and understanding through this entire ordeal and in return I was treated with nothing but disrespect.

Roaches its dirty management and staff rude nasty attitude. Parking lot always has five police cars coming in for somebody. It's always something then they tried to charge my card for many many charges after I checked out.

I’m submitting a formal complaint regarding multiple service failures and privacy concerns during my stay. When we first arrived, the room was missing basic furniture for several days. More significantly, there has been no internet service since last Wednesday—down Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and again today, Monday. I work remotely, and these outages have prevented me from doing my job, causing me to lose hours and pay. I also experienced an unannounced entry by a housekeeper. She opened the door without knocking on a day with no scheduled service. There is a sticker on the door, and she still didn’t announce herself. My puppy ran toward her as she was entering my room. That kind of unexpected entry is a serious privacy concern. I want to be clear: while I appreciate having somewhere for my family, these repeated issues have created unnecessary stress, financial harm, and safety concerns. I am requesting appropriate compensation, such as a partial refund or credit, for the disruption and losses.

No internet entire stay. Room sticks badly and no cleaning assistance. I was told to take out my own trash, yet no place to take the trash. Worst hotel I ever stayed in.

The beds were horrible you could feel the springs the water pressure was very low I paid for my room through a third party in full then when I checked in I was charged an additional $100 I would never choose this place again nor recommend it to anyone

Checked out early, 3+ nights. No refund. Hotel blames Expedia Expedia blames hotel. Either way I don’t get my money back for nights I didnt stay. Don’t try calling the front desk, they don’t answer. Booked accessible room for surgery, rooms weren’t available upon arrival. Kept for “long term guests” why offer it and allow bookings? Terrible experience.

Property was disgusting didn’t even end up staying the night went to check in entire place smelled like weed went to look at the room was in the carpets sheets dirty roaches absolutely filthy steer clear and find somewhere better the Hampton or Hilton are a little more $ but worth it

She then tells me I have to go to the front with my ID to help correct their confusion, I declined telling her I wasn't going anywhere. I had just a few hours of sleep (plus all the noise you hear at night time), and was going to check out that very same day by 12pm; I offered to give her the checkin paper which she declined. 10mins later she call the room asking again for my name which I had already provided. Thank you for that and being rude, you costed me the last 3 hours of sleep I needed. I would never stay at the Hotel chain again.
