The only minor setback we had was the damage to the TV. We were not in the room long enough to notice it right away but there was a huge scratch on the TV that had looked to have been caused by the lamp that was sitting on the desk in front of it. We reported it immediately, since it was not us who did the damage. The front desk employee Ali serviced us our entire stay and took note about the damage. He was very understanding and believed that we didn't cause the damage. He was very kind and super helpful. We will definitely come back and stay here, even if there is no Hilary Duff concert!

Rooms were clean and spacious, front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Nice location and easy parking.

The hotel had nothing to offer for the price they charged. Also trying to get a late check out was such a hastle and eventually denied.

Everything was clean and modern. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and glad the bathrooms were walk-in instead of tubs. Highly recommend!

Everything was very nice about this hotel. The only thing I would complain about is once we were leaving and ready to go I saw that my pillow had stains on it that looked like mold. Kinda makes me nervous if I was sleeping on mold or stained pillows

It did not allow pets. Was very clean. Bar and food was really good. It was further from the airport than we would have liked but was the only hotel in the area that didn’t allow pets! I’m allergic to both cats and dogs.
