Everything went well.

Was cleaner than the Fairfield in the same parking lot but bed was too stiff, I think Fairfield took all the springs. Pillows are still clumpy. Still not a good night sleep and woke up with sore back. No $10 parking fee which the shared Fairfield charged which is a plus. No water pressure at all which left me feeling soapy. No safe in the room to protect company assets which was the same in the Fairfield inn in the same parking lot. Room was a decent size, was clean as it could be, but still just didn’t feel clean enough if that makes sense. No breakfast here either unless you pay for it. Front desk didn’t seem even acknowledge tier status for hotel chain which you become annoyingly accustomed to until they don’t acknowledge.

Location was good. In room ac leaking water all over the floor. The hotel was not even close to Marriot standards. Charged $10 a day parking.

Room and hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. Paid parking. If I am paying to stay in your hotel on your property, parking a vehicle should be included during my stay. Limited expensive bar - notes state you can enjoy cocktails at the bar but options are limited to a few wines and beers. No cocktails. One domestic beer was $11.

Disappointing

The worst long wait to check in only one clerk and they gave me a smoking room when I requested non smoking. Room phone didn’t even worked for me to tell them about the smell of cigarettes in the room. I called front desk from my phone and was put on hold for more then 15 min no answer. I have a bad stay at this place.

The staff were excellent-friendly, attentive and responsible. The elevator was broken down twice and I was on 3rd floor, almost 70 y/o with bad back. Needed microwave to heat medical eye pads and had to walk up/down 3 flights and try keep pads warm enuf. Finally, nice staff found a microwave for my room. Even elevator guys were friendly. And doors were very loud and sticky to open and close

Staff up front at check in was rude and hard to understand. I hadn’t realized they charged for parking as I’ve never seen a hotel charge for that. When I inquired, the front desk lady very rudely and dramatically rolled her eyes at me and told me all hotels do. I tried to book a Room with a bathtub in it for my daughter, I only got one with a shower. The pool was freezing and very low lighting. The shower had shaved hair on the walls which was gross. And the tv was very basic dish channels. My daughter and I stayed for one night for a girls night but I won’t come back. Very disappointed in the hotel for staffing someone so rudely and the room being dirty like that..

Room was spacious & clean. All the staff were nice & helpful. I just didn’t like the indoor pool being so dark inside with no lights.

Just about a mile to mall on one side and if you can take the Florida heat , cross over the road and you have even more stores!
