Homewood Suites by Hilton Tampa-Brandon

Although they were renovating, they made our stay very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and clean every morning, and our room was immaculate. All of the staff were wonderful and friendly, making sure we were comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again if we are in the area.

That would be better if the breakfast can close at 10am

The hotel was under construction with only one elevator working. Noise during the day drove you out. I wouldn't have come if I knew. Why wasn't hotel construction noted in app?

We stayed in updated room and it was great. They were doing lots of improvements but they made everything nice.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The hotel was undergoing construction, which created a lot of dust, noise, and general disruption throughout the property. The elevator was also not working at times, making it difficult and uncomfortable to navigate the building. These conditions significantly affected our experience, and we do not feel the hotel should have been operating normally without clearly informing guests beforehand. We would not stay here again under these circumstances.

This place is always great but they are redoing the Hotel right now so it was a little messy but other than that it was great. Normally I would give them a 5 but this time it’s a 4 because of the reason I stated already.

Under the circumstances that the hotel was being renovated, the staff management and all the people were very helpful and very considerate of my needs, as a person staying there who was just having surgery just down the road. I had made some suggestions to management about How things could’ve been done different. They responded immediately and were so helpful and so kind that I would definitely stay here again and having the good fortune of meeting so many wonderful staff at the Hilton.

I've stayed in hotels all over the world, and definitely felt more at home here than at any other location I've visited. Special shout out to Trish, the front desk manager, and Cheri, one of the reception desk staff. Very happy that I chose this hotel for my nearly 7 week stay.
