Great hotel with great food, great service and comfortable beds.

Room was good and clean. I thought we were getting 2 queens but the 2 doubles were small for 2 people. The room was comfortable. The staff was great and breakfast was great.

The breakfast had a wide selection, including an omelette station (prepared for you). The room and property were very clean.

The pool wasn’t clean. We had to request that the pool be cleaned. There was some sort of traveling sports team at the hotel. The kids were screaming, play fighting, pressing all the buttons on the elevator, running around…it was awful.

The staff went above and beyond in so many instances. It’s the only place I’ll stay if I’m back in Tampa.

Great hotel, friendly personal

Everything was on point at hotel. Nice happy hour in the evening. Really unexpected wonderful breakfast with real juice and fresh fruit and I should mention two omelette stations! All over the top exceeded my expectations.

Breakfast was awesome. The rooms are older but clean and well maintained

The lady checking us in immediately found an open room and checked us in immediately! We were in a room by 9:45am! Thank you!

The staff in all areas are professional and attentive. The rooms are very spacious. The rooms and bathroom do need to be updated and some wallpaper removed/replaced. But the housekeeping staff kept the facility clean. The beds were comfortable.

The hotel is in excellent condition. The room was clean, the staff provided great service, and the breakfast was exceptional—one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The only issue I encountered was a family gathering; all the rooms face the center of the hotel, and the function room where the event was held is located directly below, so there was noise until 2:00 AM on Friday.

Only problem which was a huge problem was that I stayed there 2 days with my family and room service didn’t come not one day. So we used the same rags and towels. I dislike that a lot.

The pull out couch was broken. We called the front desk they sent someone up he told us to bad nothing he could do. I called again and they brought up a single air mattress. Not a great stay.

Love the cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the staff.

Room faced busy road and was very noisy all night long.
