Are stay its always 5 star service Rooms are clean I love the breakfast

There was an attentive staff as well as breakfast included in my room. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The door to my room was extremely hard to shut. It had to be forced. While very secure, it was a pain to open and close.

The lobby, bar and restaurant were very nice. This was a dual purpose trip and while my husband was away at a local event I had an in person meeting at the restaurant. Compared to the room we had in Savannah Ga the room in Tampa FL was very disappointing in size and appearance. The esthetic was extremely outdated, the room was not cleaned to standard (bathroom floor had trash and dust, the face wash cloth had lint and what looked like hair stuck to it), the toilet paper holder was loose and hanging from the wall. In addition several lamps were not working or broken altogether. The living room carpet was frayed. In the bedroom the side tables were mismatched and the overall esthetic was not cohesive.

Very efficient and professional staff at check-in. The room was spacious and comfortable. Polite staff in the breakfast are matched a good meal.

Everything was awesome but the rooms need a refresh everything looks really old.

Furniture is outdated and bathing area needs to be remodeled along with the dirty carpet needs to be gone!!

Hotel lobby was great as well as the staff and food. Room door was broken and had to be slammed to open or closed as well as the bathroom. The room was old and had several things that needed to be replaced due to age. My 1 year old was walking around barefoot and noticed just after a short time his feet started to show dirt and they were clean prior. Was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness for what I paid.

Breakfast was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond for all guests There was mold and mildew on the wall under the bedroom window

Only there for 2 nights, but it made quite an impression on me,...staff was wonderfully helpful and friendly, always saying Good Morning or Hello, asked me how my stay was going,...breakfast was awesome, free, and had an omelet bar,...rooms were spacious, clean, and even though it was an atrium type hotel layout and setting, it felt private,...free parking,...only flaws were a few aesthetics, like the baseboard trim above the floor/carpet was separated, showing the wall and makeshift adhesive that suppose to hold it to the wall, and an area on the bathroom ceiling look like it was chipped or chipping, but the coverup was mediocre,...still, staff and breakfast overrides that, and this is an excellent place to stay in Brandon/Tampa area,...I would definitely return for another stay

Great location! Breakfast concludes an omelet station, fresh cut fruit, and several other options.
