This property is disgusting and should not be advertised for lodging. I did not even stay 30 mins. The room had a terrible smell and the bathroom was dirty. The tub was full of rust. I highly recommend not using this hotel.

Clean room
-
The room was filthy, with roaches crawling throughout the room. The bathroom was disgusting, smelled strongly of urine, and had clearly not been cleaned properly. The deadbolt lock had been broken off, making me feel unsafe. Several lights in the room didn’t work, the hallway lights were also out, and the elevator was not working. Some of the doors on the property looked like they had been kicked in, adding to the feeling that the hotel was not secure. Outside, people were smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol right outside the hotel, making the environment feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I have asthma, and the smoke was a serious concern for me. I immediately asked the front desk for a refund so I could leave and book another hotel where I would feel safe. Although my reservation was non-refundable, I explained that the room was not in a clean, safe, or habitable condition. The front desk employee refused my request and simply told me to call back when a manager was available. I called multiple times afterward, but no one answered. Expedia, where I made the reservation, also tried contacting the hotel and received no response. These were the best rooms shown to us by the way as the front desk employee said. Because I did not feel safe staying there, I had no choice but to leave and pay for another hotel, which ended up costing me twice

-
Room was dirty needs wiped down and sanitized. Roaches available!

The staff was great and kindly helped us with a refund. The hotel is disgusting! There were burn marks in the chairs, walls were all messed up, bathroom and bed looked very dirty. We weren't comfortable staying there and found another hotel. Conditions are more for pay by the hour rooms if you know what I mean. I can only imagine what you'd see with a black light. Don't recommend staying here. Photos don't look anything like what it looks like in person.
