horrid place to stay, even tho you pay to sleep you have to pay an extra 100 dollar fee, makes no sense

The guys at check-in we're fine. The staff that takes care of the breakfast were useless. Told her there was no more white bread or muffins at 7:30 a m and the corn flakes were out and she went back into the kitchen area and came back out with nothing and started back talking to the desk clerk. The next day she let both large pots of coffee run out at 7:45 am before refilling them, that took fifteen minutes to replenish them. The weird little round disks of egg and sliced ham lunch meat that was sitting in a hot water was not very good the 1st day, the 2nd day were hard boiled eggs and what were obviously little frozen sausage patties. Again not very good. The room had a 3" hole in the ceiling and a 4 foot by 5 foot stain in the ceiling from an obvious past leak, a dripping bathtub faucet that you could not shut off, the air conditioner air smelled like somebody had urinated in it. The walls had black marks all over them in the room, and in the hallway, the corners of the walls were full of busted plaster. The elevator inside had graffiti scratched into the walls, very unappealing. There was an element of people hanging around the lobby and outside that we come to find out we're living in the hotel full-time, it didn't seem like the best way to run a hotel and certainly was not family friendly.

They need to fix some areas

This hotel needs a major upgrade. The doors and fixtures had rust on them. There were also two live roaches in my room. The staff was friendly but major renovations are needed.

Great bed. Comfortable room

This place is a complete dump. Its dirty, the staff are rude we asked for a simple fork and they told us they didn't have anything but knives the next morning they had forks and spoons out for breakfast. The hallway smells like r Kelly used it as a porta potty. The people next to us kept hitting the wall it sounded like an off balance washer and would shake our entire bed! Theres mold on the trim in the bathroom. The AC unit is extremely loud and it sucked. I dont know how they even have Wyndham affiliation with how big of a dump this place is and I'll be sure to let them know. The door has a 3 inch gap you can see people's feet as they walk by. You can hear everyone around you. They called our room at 2 or 3am and said we had someone at our door but realized they called the wrong room!

The only thing good about this place is the helpful employees. Upon check in we received a king room which is what I booked. Smelled very sour so I went to front desk to see if

The hotel is great but it needs a little bit of work specially on the bathroom other than that it was a great stay

Spacious room with a comfortable bed. The bathroom might need repairs. For example, the water was slow to drain in the bathtub.

This place was nothing like the listing. If I were to compare the photos on the listing vs the actual place, they’d look completely different. Secondly, there was a lingering smell in the lobby, in the hallway and in my room. Reeked of mildew. Additionally, the place was not maintained. No napkins, no silverware, one bar of soap (that could’ve easily been used in one day) & the bed frame was BROKEN. I could not be more disappointed with my stay. On top of it all, the noise I’d hear at night. Banging on the walls, literally woke up out of my sleep at 4am thinking it was an earthquake, the frame on the well almost fell. Turns out, my neighbors were just having fun. Use your imagination. No judgment I’m only stating my experience. I feel so scammed. I wish I could have gotten a refund but unfortunately that’s the way this BS works. Unhappy with your stay? Too bad, we’ll still take your money but here’s a complimentary candle. 100% DO NOT RECOMMENED. Side note : they claim to change sheets and towels everyday, the lady only replaced my towels (I’m grateful or that) but my bed remained the same for the entirety of my stay. My trash wasn’t even changed, even after asking for bags to change it myself. This place is a joke. The front desk lady was great though, s/o to whenever worked the evening shift this weekend, with the curly hair. You’re great!

The complimentary breakfast was horrible they didn't have enough to feed the guest. I stayed three nights, All 3 days they were out of cereal , juice and yogurt. I've stayed at other properties and it was clean and updated and great customerservice. But the brandon west location gave a motel vibe instead of a hotel and I didn't like it at ALL.

Horrible, dirty, no one at front desk for check in, people complaining no tv no light, smells bad. Not going again
-
Office chair in the room was all wonky and very uncomfortable to sit in. 3 requests for a different chair yielded empty assertions that a different chair would be provided. Had to pull the desk to the bed for something decent as a chair. Speaking of the bed... hard as a rock. Overall, I'd give this place a C at best, more like a C-. A week C-.

Solo me aloje una noche, el check in fue muy rapido con personal amable, el cuarto estaba limpio y la cama muy cómoda
-
Overall it wasn’t the worst. Definitely would not stay again, only stayed because it was pet friendly. There were black hairs on all the towels in the bathroom, dried blood on the walls, and the TV was shattered upon arrival.

From the minute I pulled into the parking lot I felt unsafe. 3 cop cars and 1 just leaving. The front desk staff we're nice but the hotel is in total need to repairs or upgrade. Definitely not what the pictures showed on the website. I walked into my room and took a few pictures and literally walked out. Went to front desk for a refund.

At no point was I disruptive, threatening, or unwilling to cooperate. I was simply trying to understand why I was being denied accommodations and how to escalate the matter appropriately. Being met with law enforcement instead of basic customer service was both humiliating and frustrating after making a long trip to stay at this property. I expected professionalism, communication, and respect as a paying guest. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations. I hope management reviews this incident and ensures future guests are treated with courtesy and provided proper channels to address concerns.
