room was clean,everything in room worked clean towels everyday,

The staff were responsive and did what they could. The breakfast was nice. The building is old and run down on the inside. The hall smelled of urine. My room was made but there weren’t any pillow cases on the pillows. I had to ask for new towels as they looked dirty. There wasn’t any hot water for showers and a few bugs were running around at night. It was also loud

People very nice, hotel did have a funky smell, but once you got past that everything was good. My granddaughter and I had a good stay she especially loved the pool

Dirty walls and doors, not upgraded. Microwave sits on top of the mini fridge, Mold on the ceilings, Entering the building has a disinfectant smell along with mold and wet carpet. Killed 2 roaches, and didn't feel I could rest my luggage on anything until I cleaned the room first. Maids barged into the room without knocking twice. TV doesn't stay connected to the internet, I will never book with this hotel again.

I've stayed at other LaQuinitas before and they were okay but this one was filthy. It had a disinfectant smell over another wet carpet smell. I've had to kill 2 roaches which kept me up all night wondering if there were more crawling around and if would they get into my luggage. The microwave sat on top of the tiny refrigerator and when I used it, it felt like I was the one being microwaved instead of the food and the TV kept disconnecting. I felt the need to take a shower after I took a shower. When I finally returned home, I immediately washed everything, even what I hadn't worn. I will never stay there again.

I didnt even stay, walked out right away and had to look for another place. The windows didnt lock and there was sketchy activity

As soon as we got off the elevator, the smell of mildew is inescapable, and it only gets worse when you get inside of your room. Our bed had nasty wet stains all over, stains on the pillows, hair all over the toilets. We did not stay for more than 20 minutes before gathering our things to leave.

horrid place to stay, even tho you pay to sleep you have to pay an extra 100 dollar fee, makes no sense

The guys at check-in we're fine. The staff that takes care of the breakfast were useless. Told her there was no more white bread or muffins at 7:30 a m and the corn flakes were out and she went back into the kitchen area and came back out with nothing and started back talking to the desk clerk. The next day she let both large pots of coffee run out at 7:45 am before refilling them, that took fifteen minutes to replenish them. The weird little round disks of egg and sliced ham lunch meat that was sitting in a hot water was not very good the 1st day, the 2nd day were hard boiled eggs and what were obviously little frozen sausage patties. Again not very good. The room had a 3" hole in the ceiling and a 4 foot by 5 foot stain in the ceiling from an obvious past leak, a dripping bathtub faucet that you could not shut off, the air conditioner air smelled like somebody had urinated in it. The walls had black marks all over them in the room, and in the hallway, the corners of the walls were full of busted plaster. The elevator inside had graffiti scratched into the walls, very unappealing. There was an element of people hanging around the lobby and outside that we come to find out we're living in the hotel full-time, it didn't seem like the best way to run a hotel and certainly was not family friendly.

They need to fix some areas

This hotel needs a major upgrade. The doors and fixtures had rust on them. There were also two live roaches in my room. The staff was friendly but major renovations are needed.

This place is a complete dump. Its dirty, the staff are rude we asked for a simple fork and they told us they didn't have anything but knives the next morning they had forks and spoons out for breakfast. The hallway smells like r Kelly used it as a porta potty. The people next to us kept hitting the wall it sounded like an off balance washer and would shake our entire bed! Theres mold on the trim in the bathroom. The AC unit is extremely loud and it sucked. I dont know how they even have Wyndham affiliation with how big of a dump this place is and I'll be sure to let them know. The door has a 3 inch gap you can see people's feet as they walk by. You can hear everyone around you. They called our room at 2 or 3am and said we had someone at our door but realized they called the wrong room!

The only thing good about this place is the helpful employees. Upon check in we received a king room which is what I booked. Smelled very sour so I went to front desk to see if

The hotel is great but it needs a little bit of work specially on the bathroom other than that it was a great stay

Spacious room with a comfortable bed. The bathroom might need repairs. For example, the water was slow to drain in the bathtub.
